You need to have an employee meeting and have your Human Resources people come in to discuss how hitting on female clients turns them into FORMER clients. One star, only because zero stars was not an option. I promise you, me and mine will never set foot in your establishment EVER again much less spend a single cent there. This experience was 100% disrespectful and disgusting.

This is now the second time I’ve come in to get a haircut ant the simpsonville ray e Talley location and watched people who came in after me get taken back before me…these people also did not check in online. The first time I waited almost 2 hours. This time I just left.

I recently went to the great clips at Market at Standing Springs. I asked for a trim and touch up on my long layers as I always do . The person who cut my hair didn't trim my layers like I normally see them done but I'm not going to tell someone how to do their job. I am not a cosmetologist and I don't know how to cut hair. I didn't say anything and when they were done, I knew it wasn't done correctly. I didn't want them to touch my now butchered hair cut ANYMORE. I just said it was good, paid for the service and left. I went to another Great Clips and asked if they knew what long layers were and if my new hair cut reflected that. Of course the answer was no I asked if they could salvage what hair I had left. 2 people took a look at my hair and decided it could be fixed. Before this hair cut, my hair went past my mid back and I could put it in a bun. Now so much was cut that I can't even make a bun with it. Fortunately the style has been corrected and it looks great but I shouldn't have had this much hair cut off. I just won't go to that location ever again.

Thank you Jay! I'm located 3.2 miles away my from a local GreatClips. However, every time I enter, I feel unwanted there... They shave me down and boot me out like a shaggy dog. My work hours set me up to be in their last hour and I don't know the pay structure, but apparently, they don't like to see clients at the end of the day. But thank you for making me feel welcomed in that last hour and even going above and beyond! I'll continue to drive the 15 extra miles for your service! All good things to you!

The beauticians are always very friendly. I have been going to Nelle for over a year. She knows what I want and never disappoints. When Nelle was on vacation I had Nikki and she was very good too. I am sure they all are. Which makes me feel good that I can still trust someone else. My grandson is going there now.

A train-wreck of epic proportions. This is where hopes & dreams of a decent haircut come to die. I think they’ll give a chair to anyone who can hold a pair of scissors. It’s frightening. Avoid. Do not pass go - do not collect a bonsai mullet.

Crazy that the app won’t let you sign in says walkins only in last 30 minutes. Drive there 25 minutes till close and no one waiting and they tell you sorry can’t have a hair cut there are two online check ins. I think the employees check in people that aren’t coming since looked like they didn’t want to work anymore and that was there policy why wouldn’t you cut hair of someone that was in front of you wanting and willing to pay for service. Stupid !

I love coming to this location because of Quan!!! She does an amazing job everytime!!! I wish she worked at this location more. When you sit down with Quan, she doesn’t only give you the best haircut ever, she becomes your friend and you will have the best experience ever. Everyone is great there but she is the reason that I keep on coming back to this particular location…keep up the great work Quan!!!

What you get really depends on who you get. In my experience it's about a 50/50 whether you leave with an actual haircut or a hack job

I walked in to get my hair cut at this location and one person was waiting in the lobby. They asked if I made an appointment online, I stated no. She told me it would be an hour and a half wait while one stylist was just sitting I guess waiting on the next online customer! Great Clips, if you have someone in your store ready to pay you won’t take their money? You tell them to come back because you have people ahead of you! DON’T VISIT THIS LOCATION

I have never had any issues before till this time. I told the lady that I wanted my hair cut as short as possible without having to shave my neck. That I do not want my neck shaved! Well she cut my hair then she started to shave my neck. I jumped and told her that I said I didn't want my neck shaved. But it was to late, she had cut my hair to short.
