Last time I will go here !!!!!! My hair looks like a birds nest! I asked for layers and some curtain bangs but instead I got this haircut that when I try to style it looks like a little pile of poop!! And they tried to scam me !!!! Ughhhh I paid 50 dollars for a bad haircut would never go here ever again !!!!!!! And it stinks I will regret warring a mask if u want to go here .and Costumer service is so bad !!!!!! And I had them trim my beard and it hurt !!!!!!

terrible experience. the scheduling system is a joke. wasn't taking on-line check in due to wait time. checked in at the location and was told one hour wait time. After one hour, I came back and was told it'd be another hour.

As previously mentioned by at least a couple other customers, I also was with an Asian stylist just over a week ago (I do not know her name). My haircut is straight forward and is in my notes. I have had her two other times in the past, and she messes up something each time. Most of the time, she misses a big chunk of the fade and I have to have it corrected by another great clips. This time, she took shears to the front of my hair, which I like to keep a tad bit longer. She made some of the hairs extremely short while leaving others long. None of that is in my notes! She just went for it before I could say anything! On top of that, she complained about a tip I left her, which is moderate but not extremely high. My family is on a student budget and can be hard to afford things. And finally, I've noticed that she can be a little "handsy", by rubbing customers shoulders. I cannot speak for others but I am not always comfortable with that without consent. I gave it some time to see how it would grow out, but still looks terrible when I try to style the bangs.

B was great! She did exactly what I asked her to. A nice clean, blunt cut. She let me take over the comb for styling at the end. Which I greatly appreciate. I will always recommend this spot for an affordable, cut and great service. Thank you B!

I sat with the Asian stylist. She didn’t listen to what I asked for, which was to add some light layers in my bangs, which I didn’t want any length off, and blend into a face frame. She pinned my hair back and chopped “side burns” into my hair, then cut my bangs straight across, and added no layers. It looks like a child took scissors to my hair. Now that I read back through the reviews, I see there are similar complaints over the last several months. She is still there and obviously not improving.

I walked in with the intention of just getting the sides of my hair shaved. I was greeted by a small Asian lady who proceeded to tell me my hair cut was for a boy. Then she proceeded to try to give me a mullet… not what I was looking for. Then she tried to pressure me into getting the top of my head trimmed but she really hadn’t listened to what I wanted when I told her about my shave so I insisted we just finish up. She didn’t blow or brush any of the hair off me and I left. Honestly hoping I can get one of my normal ladies next time.

If I am not mistaken Puni gave me a haircut. Unfortunately she does not know how to cut hair at all, I wanted a simple a-line. she barely managed to give me a straight haircut way shorter than what We discussed. So disappointed.

I’ve been coming to this location for well over a year now, and I always receive exceptional service from their team. I’ve had my hair cut multiple times by Izzy, Puni, and the store manager Sydney — all three of which are personable, experienced, and really just all-around fun to visit with while they cut your hair! I feel no matter where you go, things can often get lost in translation when it comes to describing the haircut you want — but not with these three. They always listen very close and give me exactly what I’m wanting. I’ve never had a bad experience here. It’s just so nice to have a place nearby that I can always know no matter whose chair I end up in, I’ll walk out with the exact haircut I was hoping for. This is absolutely the best Great Clips around.

Walmart pickup is the best. They have it in the back it’s very convenient you don’t even have to go through the parking lot and the busyness of the front of the store.

Was getting my beard trimmed (not shaved off) and was asked if I wanted my mustache done too. When I said yes the stylist proceeded to shave my mustache off. I was upset and made clear that wasn't what I wanted and wasn't happy with it. I was brushed off and then charged full price.
