Been going to great clips for 17 years and not once have they done such a bad job. Just went in for a haircut earlier tonight and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Once I told them I only wanted the front cut to just above my eyebrow, the guy cut and uneven line across with the shortest part being and inch and a half above my eyebrow and the longest being half and inch from my eyebrow. It would be different if it was just a short haircut but it is extremely uneven. And the back was supposed to be squared off but instead it is a slanted line with one side that has an edge while the other is rounded. I’ve never left a review before but I think this is the perfect time since it was just so bad. I don’t think I will ever go back here.

I brought my daughter in today (the day before school starts) and she had Maddison (Maddy?, long red hair). Maddison was amazing and so kind! She loved my daughter right off the bat and seemed genuinely excited to be doing her hair! She recommended some long layers and face framing pieces that just made my daughter’s hair look effortless yet more put together. She complimented my daughter at every turn, and we both left feeling wonderful about the whole experience. The other stylists were very kind as well, and my daughter and I are both very grateful we went in today! And of course her hair turned out beautiful!

Literally the worst experience of my life at a great clips and I have been going to great clips all my life. The " stylist" who cut my hair was tall and had red hair and she mentioned her name once but made no attempts to start any repour with me. Weird fact apparently your great hair clips doesn't come with a shampoo.. Crazy Right??!! Every Great clips has always upcharged me. So i got the basic of All basic B hair cuts. she didn't brush my hair I came without my hair washed.. expecting I asked for a hair cut, she lifted my hair and just started randomly cutting straggly bits of my hair . I asked to get split ends cut and what i ended up with is the right side of my hair right side of my hair untouched. i Ended up paying 21.00 dollars for for a basic B hair cut, So if your looking for hair cut under 8 minutes and you dont have " cultured, curly or textured" hair this place is for you. I came back after having to go to Ulta to fix my hair which took 2 hours they were amazing in Brickyard area. I left my number to have a manager to call me back all that happened was that she gas lit me, and asked if i could come back to yet again pay more money to have my hair recut. yikes. i asked for the stylist to get re-trained and all was told was that she has had plenty of " training" I am so done with Great clips as whole. you get what you pay for and literally got nothing. Go anywhere else. you can save 21$ because that's all they will charge you.

My experience at this hair salon was extremely disappointing. The woman who was supposed to cut my hair seemed to be having a really bad day, and her mood was evident from the moment I walked in. She was quite aggressive while handling my head, which made me uncomfortable throughout the appointment. To make matters worse, she insisted that she wouldn't start cutting my hair until I put my phone away, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. It seemed like she was more focused on her own frustrations rather than providing a professional service. Unfortunately, her bad mood translated into a poor haircut. I left the salon with my hair messed up and uneven, to the point where I had to ask a friend to help fix it afterwards. It was clear she was not in the right frame of mind to be working with customers. Additionally, she appeared visibly angry, which further affected the atmosphere of the salon. Her demeanor was unprofessional and made the entire experience unpleasant. Lastly, I want to note that the stylist was a white woman with tattoos, unfortunately I don't know her name. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my visit to this salon and will not be returning. I expected a basic level of customer service and skill, which unfortunately was not met during my appointment.

My oldest has sensory processing disorder and every single stylist makes her feel comfortable and at ease when cutting her hair. They take extra caution to ensure she feels safe and will talk her through the hair cut. My youngest just got her first hair cut and they did amazing especially since she is under 2yrs old and sitting still is a bit hard for her.

Basically I come here to get my hair cut a lot. I come in per usual and there is this new guy Manuel, I’m exited to get my hair cut by him because we have similar hair so I thought he would do a good job. However he was just hella mean. He said my hair was “too thick” and I would damage his scissors. And for some reason he was talking like I was annoying him or something like that. So I asked if one of the other people could cut my hair than they all starting feeling my head and telling me my hair is to thick that I’ll damage there stuff. I just wanted to get my hair cut and it felt like I was getting roasted by all the employees. I did not have a good experience and I don’t want to come back sadly. I just don’t get why Manuel could not cut my hair I’ve been here a bunch of times. I’ve never left a bad review but Manuel made me have such a bad time I had to.

The girl who cut my hair, Carlee, was very friendly and easy to talk to. She even took the time to see what kind of hair products I might like and let me try a few of them out. My haircut turned out nice. Thanks for the great experience!

I’m always happy with my cut when I leave, but I wish more people were comfortable with silence. We don’t have to talk the entire time you’re cutting my hair. Silence is okay :-)

dude. Manny was awesome. We talked about drag queens, he layered my hair in such a pretty way that framed my face so well, and the cut and conversations were just amazing. This is definitely my go-to salon.
