Went to Great Clips for the first time ever today and it exceeded my expectations. First off, with this location specifically, I was VERY impressed with how modern it was and the cleanliness as well. Very refreshing and comforting atmosphere. The employee who cut my hair was very kind and accommodating. She works at another location usually so I will go see her there next time so I can give that location a shot as well! My only slight complaint is the haircut felt rushed. There were a couple people waiting so I assume that’s why. I got my regular cut though and even though it was done quicker than it ever has been, it turned out just how I wanted and my hair was textured and blended well.

Always seem to get great stylists when I come to this location. I always check in ahead of time and rarely ever have to wait once I arrive.

The last couple times I have been in I have had excellent service from the staff at Foothill Village. Rosie is the reason I came back to this location. She was very nice and provided a great experience overall. I received a lot of compliments on my hair cut. I returned but unfortunately Rosie was not working. Macey saved the day and provided another great cut and fun experience sitting in the chair. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but feel like like these two stylists deserve a shout out! I’ll be back soon!

Fire the Mexican woman. She doesn't know how to cut hair. If she doesn't know how to cut hair, she shouldn't be working at a barber shop.

If I could put zero stars I would. Had my daughters first haircut done here today. Without my knowledge. Cut off over 3 inches of hair. It is uneven and they rushed through it. It is her FIRST haircut. You never get that back. So do a good job. So unbelievably frustrating.

Husband just came home with a haircut from Tina the manager. Looked like it had been chopped by a chain saw. See photos to see the new look! Called Tina and she thought it was funny, laughing at my concerns multiple times during the call! Really Tina!! And you are the manager! Just returned from the repair of the first cut. Looks great right??!!? Store owner has been contacted.

I drove all the way here with 5 kids because it said it was open online but when I got here it says closed on Wednesdays. Seriously! Update your online hours if you change them!!!

Great clips is the best. I have been to locations before that cut my hair like a hedge, Nancy is def overqualified for great clips prices but I love that I can access this location easily and there is buckets of parking.

Great location near Dan's in Foothill Village. The online check-in worked perfectly, I came in on time and was seen instantly. My stylist was Karen, she is nice and did an excellent haircut! I am grateful.

I feel like any great human deserves 5000 starts. But on top of being a great human, Deanne does a wonderful job. Never had I gotten a compliment from my mother regarding my haircut because I would always just say some standard fade haircut. But one time I told Deanne to just make me handsome and cut my hair the way she would think it would look best. She did her magic and for the first time in my life my mother complimented me on my hair. Blessings to the great Deanne 🙏

I have been getting my hair cut at the Foothill salon for over a year. I always ask for Becky! Becky knows how to cut thin hair, which I have. When Becky cuts my hair it practically styles itself every day. Becky is the best. Midge Fry

My husband and my 3 year old went in for a hair cut 04/28/2021, they refused service to my husband and baby as the 3 year old was not putting on Mask and Even they know well the State has removed the orders for wearing Masks, mentioned this to the Hair dresser but she still refused to do hair cut. Made a bad day for us This location is regular for us for last 6 yrs , devastated by the dressers behavior , We had our Eid festival coming soon and wanted to get ready for the occasion.

The staff was very rude. I went with my son whose age is almost 3 and he was having hard time wearing the mask. And the staff rudely refused the service. I was going to this location for the last 5 years but now will never visit this location.

Very organized and professional. I noticed how clean the salon was. And the stylist/team members are kind and accommodating. I highly recommend a hair wash before a cut to add to your pleasant experience.
