Update: Since my prior review GreatClips has reinstated its veterans discount. They do a great job on cutting my husband’s hair. Thank you for honoring our veterans! Previous 1 star post: Veterans, don't waste your time! My husband went here to get a haircut today expecting to receive his usual veterans discount but was denied and told that it's only meant for active military. He spoke to the manager and told her that it was disrespectful to honor active military but not those who've already served and sacrificed for our country. She scrambled on the computer and found that they actually are supposed to honor veterans with a discount, that it had been reactivated recently and they were unaware. Despite this revelation, they already charged him full price for his haircut and made no effort to make it right. Not a good way to do business!

Don’t come here if you want a decent men’s haircut. I don’t know where they get their hair cutters, but they are terrible and should not be cutting hair.

Colton did such a great job with my much-needed haircut. I can always tell when I get an extra special great cut by how it grows out the first week after the cut. No stray "boings" sticking in the back of my head. The cut lays smoothly around my face. Nice work Colton!

Asked for a trim and got a shear. I won’t have to get another haircut till Christmas. It’s the 4th cut I’ve gotten there. However, I think this is the worst cut I’ve ever received in my 83 years. I suspect I’ll have to find another place where I can get a better trim. Sorry but it is really a poor cut and a bit of an embarrassment for me.

Really nice people but the quality of haircut given to my son was no good. The lady took 10 minutes to cut his hair and you could tell.. for $19 plus tip she should have done a better job.

I just had the worst haircut of my life. Crystal was my hairdresser, and she was clearly high out of her mind. I couldn’t understand half of what she said to me, and she was like nodding off the whole time. She started cutting my hair and THEN asked if it was an okay length, so at that point, I didn’t have a choice. I wanted to get a shampoo as well, which she said she would do after the cut, which was weird. When she was finished cutting, she asked if I still wanted the shampoo, I said yes, and she proceeded to slap product around my head, and didn’t wash all of it out. Then, I was expecting a blow dry, but no, she sent me on my way with wet, uneven hair. I will never go to Great Clips again.

I wish I had read these reviews before going here. I got a very distracted hairdresser who wasn't listening to what I said. I asked for a 3 on the back and sides, but she took it down to a 1. Then, she wasn't going to trim the top of my head, and she left my neck untrimmed. She clearly was having trouble focusing, for some reason.

Sarah is an absolute legend. She made me feel very comfortable as it has been over a year since my last hair cut. She walked me through the whole process and listened to my concerns. My hair looks great! I will definitely be requesting her again.

What a completely disrespectful stylist Alex! She cut my hair and at the end I told her I felt that there was a part in my hair that needed a little more and she blamed my head. Never had this issue before. At the end I still wasn't happy with it but instead of arguing with her because I can clearly tell she was not one that wanted to be bothered I went to the one on 9th and 9th just to get it fixed and not have to deal with it. They confirmed at 9th and 9th that it was not to standards but they could not bring me up in their system so I told them that was fine and went back to the one on 4th not wanting to deal with Alyx. I went in expressed my concerns and asked that the other stylist do it. She got me checked in clearly upset and then started complaining about me to the other stylist and walked out the store to talk to her GM. Came back jist to tell me they can't do it that day because they are closed so I need to come back tomorrow. She told me if I wasn't happy with my haircut I should have told her. I did but she blamed it on my head and clearly that negative energy that I felt from her just kept growing. The stylist at great clips all love me and for her to tell me to leave simply because I was not happy with her work is disgusting

Asked for a little trim just to get my dead ends off. An inch or so. She wound up giving me a completely different haircut than what I had and chopping off ALOT of hair. I’m really sad. She used the feathering scissors and I feel like I barely have any hair left. The cut is pretty uneven too. This was done by the lady with the pink hair. So much hair gone 😭😭

The lady with the pink hair was nice enough but she seemed a couple of sandwiches short of a picnic if you catch my drift. I told her just a few inches off in the same style I already had, I walked out with way shorter and un-even hair. The back is shorter than the front and the sides went seeming untouched. From the looks of these reviews she's a bit of a repeat offender. Do not recommend this location.

My daughter had literally a 'rats nest' (tangles) in her hair from not brushing her hair regularly and Amanda was able to take her under her wing and help her out with it!!! I appreciate it alot, thank u!!!

The staff is phenomenal! Quality haircuts and the best shampoos.
