My 19 year old daughter and I went tonight for hair cuts. My daughter had really long hair that had previously been dyed that she's been growing out. She told the stylist that she wanted a trim to remove some of the color but not all of it because she still wanted her hair to be long and indicated the length that she was comfortable cutting off. The stylist cut off her hair to shoulder length and also gave her very short layers that she did not want. She kept saying I'm just giving your hair some framing. My daughter has been crying for an hour, we'll never go back to this location.

Did okay on the cut for both me and my son. We have both learned to now like what they did..however when I asked her to style it she said no because they were wanting to close but I felt they shouldn’t have even accepted my appointment I booked if they weren’t willing to cut and also style my hair like I requested

Allison is a great hear Stylist she has been cutting my hair she even help me grow my mullet out and gave me so many Pointers and tips how to take care of it I would Recommend her to anyone

Allyson knew exactly what kind of haircut I wanted and she was so friendly and detailed in her work. I appreciated how she explained what she was doing to make my part and curls look better so I could explain what I wanted at my next haircut. I will absolutely be going back here for my next haircut!

Received a very high quality hair cut from Allyson- she was amazing. 5 stars for Allyson, but a 1 Star experience from her co worker, Lorena. Allyson came recommend a friend of a friend. Talked with her beforehand about what I wanted, booked an appointment, and went. When I got there, Allyson's co worker behaved inappropriately. Lorena walked up to the counter where I was already talking with Allyson, and she infected herself staying that she was ready to give me a haircut. I explained that I had already pre-arranged to have a haircut with Allison through a friend of a friend. Lorena then still tried to convince me to have her do the haircut. I was uncomfortable to have to tell her no multiple times. She gave some weird looks at me and Allison and then made a pouty face. The whole ordeal is very unprofessional, especially considering I had pre-arranged haircut with Allison and not Lorena. Allison has incredible skills and did a great job with my hair. I have somewhat curly hair and it can be very difficult to cut and she nailed it. Very grateful for her skills and her knowledge. Allison was also very easy to talk to and made the appointment go by so fast with her humor and kindness. Very grateful for this. Wonderful! Great clip shop in the 9th and 9th neighborhood. I hope the owner or manager somebody can talk to Lorena though!

I popped in yesterday with my husband for a hair cut and had a great experience. Sadly, I don’t remember anyone’s name, but everyone was so kind and personable to us. We’re visiting and in town to see a concert, so we chatted about things to do here in Salt Lake City, about Jelly Roll (the concert we’re going to) and how funny we are as tourists getting lost. The hair cut was great too!

Great haircut for a good price! Lady working there to give a haircut was very helpful, even recommended hair directions to avoid cowlicks! Definitely go there for a nice quick walk-in haircut! 😊

Didn’t listen to instructions and by the time he was done with my hair it was too late probably should have shown pictures or something it was a little rough around the edges didn’t instruct just squeezed my head one way or another didn’t talk more than 45 sec the entire experience had to rock a buzz cut for an interview
