2 haircuts ago was excellent… this last cut is the worst. I asked for all one length… as short as needed to remove remaining colored hair. ( chin length would do it) my stylist just got back from lunch… cut started out normal but within 10 minutes or so it was like her “ medication “ kicked in…. Mid to end hair cut she offered layers…. I said no. She semi dried my hair. I went shopping … when my hair was dry I looked in the mirror in a ladies room…. I was horrified. Pieces and chucks everywhere… it looked like a bad 70’s bowl cut…. I went back and another girl fixed it a little bit but needed to cut a lot off to fix it so I just accepted defeat and hate my hair every day. It’s awful and the original stylist was practically comatose sitting in a waiting chair when I returned…. She was definitely not right…. Missing a front tooth and terrible hair herself.

We've brought my uncle here several times. He's a retired Navy veteran with health challenges. The attention to detail and kindness the staff show each time we visit is awesome. Thank you! ❤️

I went here for a haircut. Deb did amazing job. Very tentative to my needs and wants. I sat down just looking to take length off as I was very nervous. As I warmed up I decided I wanted layers and wanted it angled. She was more then happy to make the accommodations without hesitation. She did absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend. Also you can't beat the price. I took off 9 inches plus had layers for 21 bucks!!

Went in with a picture of what I wanted and through conversation came out with a great cut! Very nice, talkable, and good experience all around!

Yeah…., not sure I’ll be going back this location. Just wanted a simple haircut, fade on the sides/back with some length on the top, but of course shorter than what I walked in with. The stylist mentions to me that she doesn’t mind bringing my hair shorter on the top. Then after she shows me my haircut with the mirror, I ask if she can make it shorter on the sides. She replies with, “so you want an entire new haircut”. No, I want the sides & back to look like a fade since it looked like a mild fade but I wanted it to be more aggressive or noticeable. Honestly, I didn’t think it looked too much like a fade by rather shorter hair on the sides from top to bottom. She probably needs to get retrained to understand what a fade is. It was almost like she was under the impression that I wanted a tapered fade. The cherry on top was that she provided no conversation throughout the entire haircut, I carried the whole conversation super awkward experience.

Just wanted flip on ends of hair cut off and thinned out which is what I said , and with first cut took off about an 1 1/4 inches so already screwed up and then usually leave tops of ears covered . My haircut came out looking like Gibbs from NCIS . Not happy at all and won't be back , this is the worst that has been done . I realize good help is hard to find and different people everytime I go in , but I have had enough with not being listened to

Moved to Rochester 3 years ago. Tried many different places for haircut. Finally got a good haircut here. Great haircut and definitely my new place. Highly recommend. Thank you Debbie.

I loved the convenience of checking in online and we didn't have to wait more than a min when we got there but the woman that did my 1 year old son's hair was not very friendly and definitely not great with kids. She was talking to my son like he was older and could understand her and seemed very irritated that he wouldn't sit still (I was trying my best to keep him occupied and sitting as still as possible). This was not his first haircut and his precious cut was done by someone who had patience with kids and he was great with them (not this salon). Unfortunately we won't be back and I hope this lady was just having a bad day and isn't this unpleasant with all of her clients.

My nephew fought me all the way on getting his hair cut he wanted a certain cut and left crying the last time we went because it was cut to short. This time I explained to the lady doing his hair and she listened to him. My nephew told her he loved it and we all left very happy she did an amazing job

blonde lady who cut my hair made this the most awkward haircut ever. didn’t say a word the entire time, and she bairly blew my hair off with the dryer at the end. the only words she said was to look down when she started to cut my haid, and was just rude. overall just a bad experience, find somewhere else to get a haircut!

I gave it 3 stars because my mother has had 1 of 3 cuts the way she asked it to be done. It would be 2 because I always do the online appt and everytime I have, we get passed over our time slot for a walkin. What is the point of making an appt if people off the street get waited on first... If it wasn't for the niceness of the hairstylists, it'd be 1 star for waiting my time.

I would never come here for an intricate cut, color or some type of treatment, but I guess for a simple cut it would work. Just annoying that you pay someone to cut hair and when you get home you have to fix the things that were missed. I've yet to have any experience with any stylist at numerous locations that have actually performed a cut that didn't need to be fixed

I’m not sure how half of these women have a license to cut hair. There’s been a few times I’ve gotten my son‘s hair done, and it has been awful. With that said, you’ll occasionally lock out and get somebody who knows what they’re doing.

On the Ides of March I went for a haircut. Scheduled online, showed up about half hour early, don't mind, I am a retired teacher (77 years old) and have time to kill. There were about 6-7 people ahead of me and I waited. When it was my turn and I got up expecting to be next I was passed over and some gentleman who had shown up ten minutes earlier was called up. No explanation, no excuse for being passed over. I was p........d. This is the second time this has happened at Great Clips. The first time was in the Hooksett store. I am a brown-skinned hispanic male. What's a person supposed to think? I give 2 stars because the third hair dresser who cut my hair was very nice. However, I will never go back to this Great Clips. !BEWARE THE IDES OF MARCH!!! Emerito(Tony) Rolon

I have never been disappointed with Great Clips! I love the online check-in, on a busy day it makes all the difference. I haven't waited more than 5 minutes before I'm in a stylists chair! Every cut has been to a T what I wanted and I swear they have the most gentle touch with my head and my hair!! Thanks Great Clips for being so dependable for my family and I!!

Katelyn (I may have spelled that wrong) was amazing with my 80 uer old mum (who has some mild cognitive decline). She was able to get my mum to explain what she wanted & then absolutely delivered! Mum is thrilled with the cut & I am thrilled with the service she provided, supporting my mums dignity with kindness. Can't say enough about the place (and it was clean, easy parking & easy to make an appointment)
