Terrible customer service. Took my son for a basic haircut and the lady with the nose ring was extremely rude. She very rudely told my son to scoot up and sit in the middle. He’s only 3 and she was yelling at him. I was standing close by but not in her way and she rudely told me I’m snot allowed to be in the way. There was not a single other customer there. 2 minutes later she calls me up after telling me to move away and says I need to hold my sons head ( while she’s using scissors). He was not moving at all and listening to her every time she asked him to look in certain direction. I told her he’s never had any issues at any salon he’s been to including great clips in the past. Her hands were shaking the whole time and I was so nervous with her cutting child’s hair. The whole time she was complaint that he’s not listening even though he’s the most calmest child during a haircut. She should not be in this job if she doesn’t enjoy nor have ability to be polite. Avoid this location and the girl with the nose ring.

Still hands down the best value to get my youngest son's haircut at. The stylists are all very knowledgeable, and they have a great system where you can check in online so there's minimum wait time.

I had my hair cut today, not happy with the service and hair cut. The lady doing the hair cut was rude, did not even listen what I was asking. She did the hair cut as per my previous visit settings and stood at the counter. My son stopped going to this store and now me.

My husband went in for a haircut and had a coupon from Great Clips website. Once he gave it to the register the lady said it was already used-which is not the case. She proceeded to say she cannot honor it and for him to call customer service, which he did. It has been a week and the customer service agent said the store owner would be giving him a call back, which has also not happened. Very disappointed with this severe lack of customer service.

Ariel was so rude from the beginning I took my 3 year old there and she didn’t even smile just told me to go sit down and she was horrible towards my child being so aggressive and harsh like she was having a bad day and then when I was trying to find a coupon she was like pay I gotta go pick up my child, I’m sorry but someone else can check me out. The manager was standing right there and was letting her be rude to me what kind of business are y’all running where there is no respect for people

Me and my husband and son all went for haircuts today! All 3 ladies to do our hair were amazing! Good haircuts and good conversations! My son is 8 and the lady who cut his hair was amazing with him! Sorry I didn’t get their names!

PLEASE DONT GO TO GREAT CHIPS. Trust ME. I am a working women, and i have hair till my elbow. I went to great chips on Sunday 29 th June2024 at 3 :15 pm for hair trimming. The hair cutter was so rude and she cut my hair till my shoulder in 2 cuts. Upon me reacting she immediately ran into the back room and came out as if nothing had happen. other person who billed me felt pity and said sorry for what had happen. It is 5 years of hair, due to one lady wrong behavior i lost my hair. I actually wanted to sue her for all this. I started crying looking at my face in the mirror. That lady was not even one percent felt ashamed of what she has done.

Greeting upon arrival and receiving service was fast. However, I recommend getting the employees experience with African American hairstyles. Today my 13 year old cried because he experienced his first BAD haircut. The lady was very nice but not knowledgeable about what he desired. She bald my boy bad.

Although I don't visit often, the staff always greet me warmly and provide excellent service whenever I do come in. The talented hairdressers ensure my hair looks its best, while also maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

The lady was nice but the I guess manager has a rule in place about no longer than 15 mins per hair cut.. my daughter couldn’t even get her hair dried after being washed only “lightly” and she wanted it straightened but we were told no bc of the time limit. Again, nice lady but won’t return or recommend.

Great location! Conveniently within walking distance from home. The staff and stylists are always friendly and welcoming. Very economical for a men's haircut! NOTE: They also offer a Military Veteran's Discount as their way of saying "Thank You for Your Service"!

Jasleen was one of the rudest staff i have ever met. I checked in from home using my phone number and she asked me I am new custmor or not I said my husband come here usally but she told me to provide my husband number and I gave her number 5 times and she was not able to catch then i said let me put and I did the screen to my side and she is you cant do pls say can i use that(i said sorry) and she did not cut my son hair and was telling other staff while i was in que before. She is bias as per community thats what i noticed.

The only reason I have been going to this facility has been because of David. Now the price is keep going up for getting a hair cut from just out of school staff. It doesn't worth paying all that money for basic hair cut. Sorry David the only good hair stylist there I am going to a barber shops that are professional and charge only $15. They give shoulder massage as well. Hope this note will get to the greedy owner and others reading this review as well so maybe he/she will roll down the price. Was Contacted by a very rude so called manager which I heard that even the employees working there do not like her. She told me to go elsewhere and we will not lower the price. Asked to talk to the owner of the store but she would not allow that. I contacted the city attorney general about multiple price increases within couple of months. I was already contacted by attorney which I was told to file a complaint and contact licencing as well. I have been going to this facility for years and this is how you get treated. This is how you take care of repeat customers. Shame on you. Check out the dirty vents. 🤧🤮 Stay away.

5 STAR SERVICE and CUT from Leslie! Previously, I had been here, and the cut was totally opposite from what I went in requesting. I was grateful when she quickly took me back after seeing my previous stylist on shift. Leslie cut my hair exactly how I requested and asked my input several times throughout the process. She was friendly while being quick and efficient! Thanks, Leslie! Hope to catch you next time. 😊
