I love going to this shop. It's convenient to my place of employment, the online check-in is a breeze, the upbeat atmosphere and friendly staff is fab! I want to thank Karen in particular for giving me the perfect cut at my last visit. I keep my hair short and she always gets it right. This time I tried something a little different, and it came out better than ever. I got so many compliments! Thanks again, Karen. 😊

Great Clips was great! I do enjoy being able to pull their app up on my phone to see if they will be able to "fit" a haircut in for one of my kids while I am out & about. When I see that they have a wait of 30 minutes or less, I sign them up, and they are able to get a haircut within 20 minutes. For this busy mama, it is very useful to "fit in" a haircut after grocery shopping or dropping something off at Kohl's in the shopping center.

I’ve used great clips for years. I had a haircut today at the Northridge store, Raleigh, NC and it was the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I’m 68 and I’ve had a lot of them. I think I’m done with Great Clips.

My husband took my kids to get their haircut here and it was literally the worst haircut they have ever received - by far: My daughters hair cut by Rhonda and it was an inch longer on one side - it was awful. I have to clean up my sons cut and take my daughter somewhere else where they know what they are doing. Terrible experience will definitely not be back.

I have been here three times. I recently moved to the area. I really tried and gave them three chances to do it right. Nope, will not return. I asked for a trim and even showed a picture. They practically shaved my head.

If I could rate them lower I would, my son went in for a simple high and tight and his head got wrecked. It looked like an unlicensed hack did it.
