If you even remotely care about getting a decent hair cut or your appearance do not get your hair cut at this location or the bethel location, walking in there is a gamble and 70% of the time you’ll get the opposite of what you asked for. I didn’t realize a fade and half inch off the top was so difficult to do but for great clips it is rocket science. Just wish I would’ve learned my lesson the first 15 times and went with a real barber.

Id give them ZERO stars if I could. I was SCALPED despite saying exactly what I wanted. PLUS they have their"clipnotes" to really on, which she must not have read. ZERO STARS!!! Plus their guarantee isn't worth the paper it is written on. I WILL NOT go in looking like this. And that's they only way they will give me my money back. ZERO STARS!!

I had the pleasure of Crystal (sorry if I've misspelled your name!) being my hairdresser. I used the online check-in and was taken back to have my haircut less than 5 minutes of being in the salon. I showed a picture of the general look I was going for and essentially said "this picture of me but shorter." Crystal was able to take that 1 photo and give me EXACTLY the cut I was going for! My wife loves the look, I love the look, even my best buddy at work said my hair was looking nice LOL. When Crystal asked if I wanted my hair styled at the end, I shrugged and asked if she had anything she thought might look good on me as I don't use products. She grabbed something for us to look at and she explained what the product was. I told her to do literally anything she wanted with the styling aspect and I got a really cool new style at the end! It won't be my daily style but special occasions it would absolutely be perfect. Overall, I enjoyed my time there. All of the staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. I will definitely be back for my next haircut! Of note: I have straight hair so I cannot speak upon the specialty of this location for people with curly hair but the person next to me at the time had curly hair and the haircut ended up looking fantastic as well (the hairdresser and client both seemed very happy with how it turned out!) Parking: There is somewhat limited parking in the parking lot as it is in a plaza with other businesses but there is ample residential parking on the same side-street if the lot is full.

Me and my sister came here today. It's hard to find a hair salon open on a Sunday. Luckily they were open, the stylists were super friendly and cut our hair exactly how we wanted. I highly recommend!

Came in for a haircut, they put my name on the list and I waited well over an hour to get into a chair, multiple people came in between when I got there to when I finally got to sit. Blatantly kept skipping me in the line for no apparent reason. Will never be returning to this location, possibly not back to great clips ever again. Great job Sunday Crew!

Just got a haircut from this place and I think they did a very good job 👍! I think the women that work here are also very friendly and know how to cut hair. I will definitely be back to this location if I am in the area! And I also appreciate how they offer military discount.

This place was great. A bunch of cool chicks and gave my 2 sons the exact haircuts they wanted. Much better than the usual rude experiences I'm used to at other places. Definitely will be our salon of choice from now on.

Carin is absolutely amazing! Very personable very energetic and super sweet! She does an amazing job on my hair every single time! The other stylists are amazing as well. Great place to go for haircuts!

Staff needs more training to deal with clients and need to focus on what you're doing. Please stop messing up other people's hair. When I was there one lady staff was too busy to talk with other Co-workers like I was not there.

They really messed my son’s hair. I will Never take him there again at this (Brentwood) location. The girl who did his hair doesn’t listen, if you are new, get trained with veterans or have your training done before you start but please don’t assume that what ever you do is good for everyone. Now he feels embarrassed going school like that. Terrible!!
