I have been going to this facility for several years now and have always had great luck with my haircuts. You can sign up for an appointment ahead of time online, so you don't have to wait, and they keep a file of how you generally like your hair cut. No matter who cuts your hair, they are always helpful and cut it the way you suggest.

Terrible treatment, from Angela, so unprofessional, and rude. Waited 3 days, for her to be at work, and she totally ignored me, after I checked in, she did not even call me, after 2 people, who came in later than me got a haircut. GO , across the street, to the Barber College, YOU will get a professional haircut, and GREAT, friendly, customer service, NEVER come to this location, EVER.

Enjoy using the app to make an appointment. I usually wait less than a couple minutes to get in the chair. My haircut is pretty simple--a number 3 all over--so I don't need a particular stylist and they have all done a good job. They are quick and efficient, and also take care of my ears and eyebrows. It's a "great" experience!

So I showed up here at 8:00 in the morning when they open and got checked in and was told I was next, 5 minutes later a gentleman came in checked in not online and he was told he was next and they said him but not me. So I left to go to another great clips cinta obviously my business wasn't valuable to them.
