unbelievable All workers there zero experience and No respect for customer Today, Sunday, one of the workers there started cutting my hair, and by her holding the razor, you could tell that she had no experience, and her hands were shaking and she moved from the right side of my head to the left side without any knowledge of where to start. As a result, I asked her colleagues for help to fix what was damaged in my hair, but they all refused and remained sitting playing on their phones. She cut half of my eyebrows and said, “I’m sorry,” after she disfigured my face, as each eyebrow is different from the other. This shop should be sued legally.

I got online appointment so I went to place so they are saying I don’t see ur name and it’s was front of me and how start saying it’s was so rude I will never make mistakes going that place they don’t deserve even to open place

Took my son here for a haircut. The lady who works there (Michelle) was very unwelcoming. It looks like she hates her job. She messed up my sons hair. I will not be returning to this location.

The two women who cut mine in my wife's hair were wonderful during the ending of the haircut. When I was asking my wife what she thought of my hair, a random worker came out from the back and asked my wife how she keeps me so well trained. I don't know about everyone else who goes there but I don't like being one referred to in the third person and two referred to as if I'm a dog. The amount of disrespect was incredible and I will not be coming here again. The woman who spoke to me who was a red-haired fair-skinned woman needs training on how to speak to people. It's absolutely disgusting that you would refer to customers in such a way. Shame on you!

Last 3 visits were great , nothing wrong with the friendly staff but the quality of the cut was very poor. My daughter wanted her dead ends cut and it’s unevenly cut and very rushed . I understand people have bad days but if I’m going to spend money here, I’d like it done right and not rushed. I’ll have to reconsider my plans to book again.

I always come here but I went in May, 6 months ago and I wanted bangs. This woman cut my hair as if I just handed a 2-year-old with scissors. Till now, I'm still waiting for the damage she did to my bangs and the side of my hair to grow back. It wasn't even bangs. They also messed up my sister's hair and she had to go back to get it evenly fixed. I do not want to be rude but I feel like no one knows how to cut hair properly and they just be hiring anyone nowadays.

I am not from the area, but needed a haircut and stopped in to this location. It was actually one of the better Great Clip locations that I have been to. Great staff, great experience. She did a fantastic job on my son's haircut.

I came in here to bring my 3 year old for his first haircut. I have brought my other 3 kids here before and never had a problem. When it was time for my son to go back I asked what she would recommend for him because he has mixed hair. She said that she could shave it all off and that was all she could do. That is not what I expected a professional to say. I left very unhappy and decided to go to a barber shop down the street and they did a wonderful job with his hair. I will not be coming here again and will continue to go there for all my kids. If you have small children and not sure what to do with their hair I would not recommend going here.

I’ve tried all locations there all bad from the Orland to Homer Glen etc This experience was the worst by far she ruined my daughters hair by over cutting it with layers and thinning it out the bulkiness she said she never asked me to thin it out now my daughters hairs thinner I had to get it fixed elsewhere don’t take it open yourself to do something you think you want to do or think it’s right ask the parents first. And she cut it alot shorter then requested. I wasn’t pleased and I’ll never try any of these locations again even a different salon I got it corrected and they said she cut the hair or did the technique incorrectly. I’ve had other family members go here as well men too and they had the same issues not cutting correctly and had to re do it. red flags here and the people working there are off or remind me of carnival workers.

My name is vansh i went your branch in orland park and seriously i want my hair style and i was show the photo to your employees and your employe was cut my hair too much short and after 3 days my brother wedding and my looks it’s too bed because of the hair cut and seriously i will not come back in your branch and i hope so you guys do something for me either way i will suggest to everyone great clip is not good and their employees it’s like bed i don’t like your service.

The lady was wearing pajamas, I asked for a buzz and she kept giving me decently short hair and I had to show her a picture of what a buzz cut was, and she had the nerve to say, "I thought you weren't serious about getting a buzz cut" I looked like an unripe tomato who was stuck in Chernobyl, AND I had to go to another barber to fix it and it's still BAD.

Took my 3 year old here. I gotta say, my kiddo did great. But clearly the stylist was not good with kids. She rolled her eyes and made unprofessional comments every time my kid moved/twitched. Now, I am sure it's not easy cutting kids hair, but if you're not comfortable with it, than decline the client and say that. I will not go back here, and I would never recommend bringing your kids here.
