Definitely my fave salon. I've never had a negative experience at the Stonebridge Plaza Great Clips. ALL of the stylists are excellent and they are personable, kind, and definitely professional. Whoever owns this salon should raise their pay in appreciation for quality employees.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Judy at Great Clips, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, Judy was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my hair type. Judy’s skills are truly impressive! She did an amazing job with my cut, and I left the salon feeling refreshed and confident. The atmosphere at Great Clips was also friendly and professional, which added to the overall positive experience. Went there and the lady , I don't even know what she gave me. It was so bad I left there and went to a barber shop to get it fixed. Price has gone up. Not sure if cheap cuts are their thing anymore. I spent $5 more at the barber shop that did it right. Imma change where I go now.

Getting a new stylist is always worrisome for me but. . . I got the most AMAZING CUT EVER !! Feels super and looks even better. I LOVE my new do😍 !!!!! Staff super helpful, listens well and knowledgeable of products to recommend!! Thank you Judy!

Horrible hairstylist, four people were checked in waiting for the next available hairstylist instead of taking care of the next customers they all proceeded to talk about “Family Guy” and “ambulances” while we waited. They weren’t cutting hair while talking, they were just talking. upon arrival, the front screen gave me an estimated wait time of 17 minutes. They proceeded to talk and not work and I didn’t get called over until 34 minutes later. Don’t waste your time at this location and go to another one.

I don’t even know where to start. Hellen Keller could have given me a better haircut. Take your business elsewhere. This place has zero customers and wait for a reason. Worst haircut I’ve ever received and no attention to detail. Walked out with hair all over my ears and forehead. This place doesn’t seem to own a hairdryer for basic courtesy. The stylist maybe said 10 words to me. Now I have to go somewhere else for someone more proficient to fix your mess. Do better Great Clips.

Went back because my hair was not cut as requested. Bangs off hair length crooked uneven. Then of course when I went back I still had more cut off then desired and still the stylist was in competent to do the requested cut. Still after a second visit my hair is uneven.. please don't trust your hair to these people.

Very little effort was put into my haircut, literally less than 5 minutes. Walked out still needing a haircut. $22 for an unfinished haircut and at checkout she had the audacity to ask me to answer the question on the screen which is would i like to leave a tip! Stay away!!!

If I could rate this place a zero I would. First, the customer service is awful, rude, and makes you feel like you are a bother even coming in. Their stylists have NO talent at all and don’t know what they are doing. Thanks to this, I now have my hair cut to my ears when I told the “stylist” I wanted a few inches cut to my shoulders. Then he has the nerve to get pissed at me when I say this is too short and tries to tell me I told him to cut it to this length. Aside from him cutting it about 5 inches shorter than I asked for, the hair cut itself looks like a 2 year old could’ve did a better job. Maybe if he wasn’t such an a$$hole he would have heard me in the first place. I will be contacting corporate to figure out what steps can be taken to solve this issue because there is nothing I can do to fix my hair until it grows back.

poor people cinebistro...you get what you pay for. Food is slop. Audience can consist of a bunch of idiots. Would rather pay double, get better seats, better food, better atmosphere at cinebistro.
