This location has always provided a great haircut and beard trim for my husband and sons. Well I guess our luck ran out because Friday night whoever completed the beard trim on my husband royally ruined it. He showed the picture he always uses and they have always nailed it BUT she decided to "educate" him and said beards end at the jawline and don't look good with neck beards. He has been growing his beard for over 3 years. It is supposed to be longer and he doesn't like his neck exposed but I guess what the customer wants doesn't matter. Due to how it looked he ended up shaving off the remaining beard to start over because what she did was horrendous. She was literally telling him that men would be jealous of how nice his beard hair is. So thanks lady for screwing it up. Next time a customer says what they like maybe listen to them especially if it is obvious the beard has been growing for a long time. On the flip side the person who completed my sons haircut nailed it like always so thank you very much for that. My sons stylist is a definite 5 stars but due to my husband losing his beard I am rating his stylist zero but had to put 1 star.

My reviews keep getting taken down. My haor had been absolutely ruined and it looks like I have a mullet in the back of my head. I just can't stop crying about it. I hate going to work. I can't wear a hat to work. Thanks for ruining my life

I needed an emergency trim, so I decided to run in and thought, how bad could it be.... Hands down the absolutely worst haircut ever! The woman cutting my hair didn't even bother wetting my hair before cutting my hair! Who cuts hair without wetting it? Got home and on an even bob, was way longer in the back, no under cut, so it looked like I had pyramid head. Save your money until you can afford to go somewhere they can actually cut hair properly. Just aweful!! Literally took 15 minutes!

1 hour line in the middle of a weekday, the two stylists just yapping to each other and playing on their phones between customers…. Line practically out the door no seats to wait in. Not my favorite location. One of them just left in the middle of the rush to ‘go get drinks from the Jimmy Johns next door’ then gabbed to her colleague for a few about how they charged her for them when she got back. What a joke

I did my booking online and as soon I arrived, Ashley received me and guide me to the seat and in about 20 min or so I was on my way back with a new hair cut.. the store was very clean as usual and the service that Ashley gives is amazing… Thanks and I will be back soon

I’ve had some decent experiences here in the past but not today. I went in at open and I think her name was Jeannie rushed through my sons haircut and it looked horrible. Not only did she give a bad cut but then she charged him as a n adult. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until after I paid and she didn’t do anything to fix it. I may give them another chance but I won’t let her cut my kids hair again.

Serving clients are not a priority. 4 employees working on a Saturday 6 people waiting in the lobby only 2 cutting hair. Manager believes breaks, bank runs and going next door to get her a pop are more important than surging the customers who are waiting. Not the first time.

Took my daughter in for a quick trim and I was very happy with the job that they did! She has very long and curly hair, which can be tough to get right…but they did! And all the women working in there were so nice to be around. I must add that the pricing is FAR better than the other surrounding places.
