These women are so nice. I've never met anyone that works with the public that is so kind. If I had the money I would go take them flowers. I'm glad I ended up here out of all the places I could get my hair cut.

Gave a great haircut. Asked if I wanted eyebrows trimmed and how I wanted my neckline shaped. Educated on my hair care, all without me having to ask her first. Great experience!!

Absolutely LOVED my haircut at this Great Clips! My guy who cut it, Keno, knew exactly what I wanted before even I knew what I wanted! Cannot recommend this guy and this place enough!!

Don't waste your time with Dixie if you have Black hair! After asking her to get rid of all dead ends she claims she cleaned them up and I still have obvious split ends!! I came back and brought this to her attention and she begin to spray my hair with water (previously hair was straightend when Dixie trimmed) I wish I didn't tip her a cent!!

I advise not to anticipate using a coupon here at Donelson Crossing Great Clips! I asked before getting a haircut about using a coupon. I was told they accepted the coupon. After my haircut the employee forgot the coupon & I was told it was too late to use my coupon after ringing up full price. I was told by employees there was no corporate phone number to complain. I found a customer service number myself. I was told the owner would reach out to me about my complaint. After 2 weeks I have yet to hear from anyone. The Great Clips owner & employees at Donelson Crossings obviously do not care about their customers! If you have no complaints there you are lucky!

I’ve had some really bad experiences in the past with salons and this was the first time I’d gone to one in 10+ years. My hair got kind of botched and was a mess so I decided to go with a pretty wild haircut choice. I was so happy with how mine turned out he did an AMAZING job to fix it and gave me exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated having someone take the time to make sure they gave me something I liked. Plus I got in a chair super fast so that’s also a plus! All of the staff were very nice. 10/10 will definitely be coming here from now on.

I have had some bad experiences at this location however the other day I went to get my haircut with Lauren and she was not there. There were 2 men I was a little skeptical to let a guy cut my hair. Well I was wrong the best haircut I have ever gotten. His name was Micheal.ask for him if ya want a killer haircut ask for box layerz

I received a haircut here a while back. When I got home, I realized it was uneven. The stylist missed a spot on the right side of my head, which was significantly longer than the other side. I had to go to another Great Clips location in Smyrna to get it fixed. They had to do all the blending as well. The second location did an amazing job, and I am grateful for their help. I realize the Donelson location was incredibly busy that day as I had to wait over an hour after checking in online, but they still need better quality control.

I used to get my haircut at this location but the turnover rate with employees was disappointing..I stopped in today and Lauren took care of me...Her professionalism. Her attitude..Her many pairs of scissors 😁....Simply awesome..Ask for her...She won't disappoint!
