I come in this lady is dancing around acting crazy like she’s on drugs. I try to act half asleep so maybe she would calm down. I literally tell her I want my bangs below my eye brows into my eyes. The first thing she does is the bangs takes 3 inches off in the first cut and says does that look good? What are you going to do now glue it back on? Like I genuinely gave one direction for the cut which was bangs below eyes brows and I looks like I got a bowl cut with my bangs 2 inches above my eyes brows

This location has suffered for several years from a lack of personnel so their hours are very erratic. When open they are friendly and efficient but rarely have I seen the same operator more than once. It makes building loyalty difficult.

Christal was fabulous! She listened to what I wanted and made suggestions that really my hair cut the best it could be. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!!

I don't know y'all, for just a generic haircut they have raised their prices to $20 now! I think that's a little high? It's a shame that our US Dollars is crumbling and its value is gone. But you can always count on a solid steady experience from Great Clips but you'll pay up for it

I walked in this past Saturday and they got to me right away. I can’t remember the ladies name but her booth was the first one on the right. She listened to my requests and gave me an awesome haircut. I haven’t had a great haircut in many, many months. I would definitely go back to her again.

- the manager cut my hair -I told her exactly what I wanted - a simple even/straight cut in back w sides tapered on an angle away from my face - she started chopping and she did short layers- the sides are shorter over my ears!?! I have a baptism that I can’t even style it for - It truly look like an amateur cut it-she should not be in this business -I left so quickly/it’s awful

Jan did a good job of blunt cutting my long straight hair in just about 10 minutes with her very sharp scissors and expertise and told me not to wash my hair daily! I am 75 years old and no one has ever told me that it's harmful to your scalp to wash/shampoo daily! Very nice woman!

My stylist dod a great job on my hair that was 7 weeks overdue. A matter if fact, she did a better cut than the person I usually go to.

I called to ask if they were open on Sunday. They said the were and I drove to the location to find a 3.5 hr. Wait. These appointments were made on line. I think common courtesy would have been to tell me there was a potential long wait before I drove to the site. My review is not based on their cut rather than their poor communication.

Quick, easy and fast. I check in on line and no matter where I go in the country they have my preferences. The web site not only provides check in, but also has the current wait time and a count down timer. You can also be notified by text when your chair is coming up. The lady who cut my hair was nice and not overly chatty.
