Very very sad and disappointed 0 stars 0/10 experience. I scheduled an appointment for my boyfriend and the lady didn’t follow his reference picture at all. His cut is not at all what he wanted. He sat down showed her the picture and she said “oh okay” that was it she didn’t ask any more questions to make sure he was getting what he wanted. He even told her let me know if you have any questions or want to see the picture again. He wanted a layered hair cut and she went in with clippers. That is not a clipper cut the whole thing is wrong, it is way to short. Next time talk to your client like a professional to know exactly what they want and are comfortable with before u start shaving someone’s head.

absolutely furious. came in for a simple bang trim. told her exactly what i wanted. left with the shortest, goofiest looking bangs… i look like Lydia Deetz. even cut my baby hairs into choppy little stubs.

Beware! My son asked Caitlin for half an inch off and she chopped off over an inch and gave him a mullet. Did she ask him during the cut how it looked? Nope.

My Girlfriend went to this location just to get a quick hair trim. The experience was awful! After a detailed request of what haircut she wants (even with a proper reference picture) and the clear instruction to just cut between 1.5 & 2 inch off, the hairdresser managed to mess up abysmally. When my girlfriend noticed how short she cut the hair (4 INCHES!!!) and pointed it out, the hairdresser shrugged, quickly apologized and said she "must have been distracted." It wasn't just that the cut was way to short (above the chin instead of shoulder length), also the layers were choppy and uneven. The nice manager tried fixing it, but was at a loss and comped the cut. This is by far the worst Great Clips experience out of many my girlfriend had.

Not enough help there and my stylist really didnt seem to know what she was doing.I gave a 3 as I had to show her exactly where to cut and how to do. It did not turn out the best. But my hair grows fast.

I decided to see if I could just pop in for a cut and fully expected a wait. Much to my surprise I was seen right away by Beth. I knew I was in good hands when I saw her amazing hair. She was nice, professional and gave me a great haircut. I was in and out in no time and I’m feeling pretty fresh. I’ll be back for my third cut there for sure.

Poor customer service. Definitely sensed some ageism...if you don't like young clients, just say that. Beth was rude, seemed to rush me out. Didn't even show me the cut at the end or ask if I liked it. Also, her scissors were not sharp enough. They tugged on my hair while she was cutting. Ouch!

Got my hair cut and styled by Staci. She did a terrific job. I am a picky person and she did an excellent job. I'm really happy about choosing Great Clips at Nippers Corner. The staff were super friendly and the cost is very reasonable.

I’ve gone to several Great Clips locations for years and had good experiences. This is the first time I’ve been to this location. My stylist was nice but this was probably the most painful haircut I’ve ever had. There are scrapes and cuts all over my neck that are still causing me pain hours later. I can provide pictures if customer service will reach out.

I got the worse haircut, yesterday!they cut my side bangs and now it looks like my hair is short on one side and does not blend in ,horrible

Marsha cut about 3 inches off my hair, no layers, and trimmed my bangs. It wasn't until I got home and noticed she missed a few spots....some long strands just sticking out at the ends. I had to cut them at home, which next time I'll just save my $20. I remember not long ago you could go to great clips and get a haircut for $12, then they went up to $18, now it's $20. I don't get much done to my hair, no layers or anything special, so it's really frustrating to pay $20 and still come out of the store jacked up.

She thought I wanted an inch left on and I wanted an inch cut off. I couldn't catch her in time. Some people think my new look is good. Hair grows, thank goodness.
