So this is a new review about great clips. My previous review was on the negative side, but honestly, I felt the need to update and give a better review. I'm a fan of great clips. It's not the fanciest place to get a haircut but compared to its competition, it's well priced and reliable. It's the type of place that if you know what you want, go there often and actually talk to them, you're going to be happy with the results. The only downside is their appointment/computer system, but considering most places you have to make appointments days in advance, you can still get in pretty quick.

Lexi is the best! I told her I wanted to try a new style and she delivered! She is very talented at what she does and goes out of her way to make it fun experience. When I need a haircut again I’m gonna be looking out for her! Thanks again Lexi!

We had an amazing experience getting my grandpa’s haircut by Duck. She recently started at this location and she took absolutely outstanding care of my grandpa - from the quality of the haircut to her kind spirit. Getting services done for seniors can sometimes be tough and I was blown away by how seamless everything went thanks to her support.

I normally would not complain because I use GC often. Today went and got my norm. Sadly the woman who trimmed me up her trimmers left welts on the back of my neck. I feel like she knew it was hurting me but maybe not. Not to mention her station was a mess and the other woman that checked me in sat on her phone the whole time, right behind me in a chair. I thought this was odd considering I’ve had great experiences with Great Clips but I won’t return here.

Writing this for my boyfriend who has been going here for a year or so. The last two times he’s gone in for a haircut, the stylist (Kay) did not sanitize any of the tools she used (combs, clippers, buzzer, etc.) between the person before to then using the same materials on him. I am aware this is not a luxury spa, however I still believe that this goes against sanitary codes. Just something to keep an eye on if you choose to have a haircut here.

Stephanie was super down to earth and a joy to meet. She gave an out of towner (me) some great recommendations and a perfect cut. Don’t forget to check out the art in the bathroom.

I love coming here. Lauren is the best. Is always ask for her but she is a lot of people’s favorite understandably so. Everyone is great here. Awesome service speedy and super sweet.

They meet sensory needs. They honor online coupons. We will go back. My son is autistic and this was the first time he ever sat through a haircut.

Quite literally the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I came in for a haircut, hair length was mid back. Gave stylist permission to cut however much was needed to make it look healthy and I asked to keep my layers. THIS is what I ended up with. I’ll have to find another salon to fix this mess and probably have to cut a lot more and end up with shoulder length hair. As note: I didn’t complain at the salon. I paid and left. If she offered to “fix” it more, I could only imagine how much worse it would be.

Let me just start off by saying the last time I got a haircut here, My haircut was not the best so decided to give them another shot. Today when we checked in online we were the only ones on the list. When we got there on two people jumped ahead of us. These were the two people who blocked us from parking. The guy working said he did something wrong by letting them go but didn’t say or do anything else to apologize to us. Also the two people were four kids and two adults and all four kids were getting their haircuts. Why have online check in if you are not going to follow it? Absolutely ridiculous!!! I had to leave a star to leave this review.
