I just got my haircut by Gina. And she’s going to be my new stylist. I have long hair and she knows exactly how to cut it. Not only that…while I was waiting she was cutting the hair of an elderly woman and she was so respectful and helpful with her. Good job today Gina!!!! Keep it up

Went it the store today to have my hair cut.Gina has cut my hair before she always does a great job. Always professional and funny i always ask for her since i started going in on saturdays.

I have no idea if this is a singular experience or something that’s common at this salon, but I feel like I needed to write this to tell people about Gina. From the moment we walked in she was rude did not have good customer service at all, And really seem to hate being there. I had taken my dad to get his haircut after he grew it out for over a year to donate it, and immediately she began questioning, if it was long enough to donate. After that, she was very short with him and seemed to have very little patience. I would never recommend her to anyone. So if you do decide to go to this great clips, definitely do not go to Gina. I’ve never written a review, so for me to do this, It takes a lot. I hope the owners of the salon take some sort of course of action against her and hope her to realize that if this isn’t for her, she should move on.

This is the worst haircut I ever had. Add this horrible, please. With this horrible person who did a lousy job for me. For no recent, I'm supposed to attend 2 events. I canceled one and I have to attend the other one.Because it was kind of must be. Shame on you people, shame on you. The lady who knows who you are, who gives me this horrible haircut. I will never forget it. It was so much painful as I was about to go to the event instead, I could cancel one.

The 2nd Great Clips I went to was great. Destiny cut my hair. Good price. Give at least a $4 tip! I paid 20 w tip. The Great Clips website is unreliable or broken. USE THE APP.
