I really wish I'd been told my hair would be "dry cut" to work with the natural style. I would have styled my hair before coming in...my hair is naturally wavy and this is the worst "layering" I've ever had. I knew better than to be impulsive but how hard is layering as a stylist? Apparently pretty difficult. Don't chance it.

We had a great experience last night at about 5:40 pm, I called and asked if they had availability for 2 walk-ins and they said yes despite the holidays! They were so loving to my partner, asked their pronouns and about us, made us feel both so welcome and cared about. And our hair looks great, we left feeling so cared for and happy it was a lovely experience. I know one girls name was Sarah, but we didn’t catch the other lovely stylists name. But we wanted to thank both of them for their kindness and great service.

omg!! everything about my experience was exactly what i needed. the check-in process is SO easy. Within 10 minutes of opening the website to get on the waiting list, i was in the chair! My stylist, i think her name was Calista but i couldn't read her name card w/o my glasses! big ups to her omgg. she was so awesome and professional. she took her time on the cut, getting my layers PERFECT, making it fit perfectly with my face shape and everything. DEFINITELY coming back for the easy check-in and the fantastic, reliable service :)

Affordable cuts for kids, and nice staff! The layering my girls asked for was choppier than I’d hoped, and couple have been blended better, but my kids were happy!

The ladies are super nice but my boyfriend went to get his hair cut and hadto ask the younger girl to fix the sides. After a few times asking, he gave up and we paid for a botched haircut to avoid any more mishaps

I think this is the worse haircut I’ve had. The scissors were dull and pulled hair as much at it cut. They made no attempt to manage the cut hair so I left filthy with cut hair. If I had planned to do anything after the haircut those plans would be ruined. I have to immediately go home and shower to remove this excessive amount of hair and change clothes.

Update!!! I originally gave this location 5 stars. I have been a customer for many years. The location has gone downhill severely over the last year. I had an awful experience in there and the person I have praised so many times was the person who couldn’t care less. I get it, I don’t need to be treated like a king, but I can’t be treated like my paying to use your service is charity to me the customer. If you don’t value us, we stop coming to you. Which is why it has been months since anyone here in the family has gone back. I have always used Sarah as my stylist. She had been relatively competent and is also the manager. I called to check and she said she was there. I told her I would check in and heard that way. I did the check in online thing and drove over at the time it told me. I got there in the parking lot and the time went from next to 20 minutes. I waited the 20 minutes and the second it said to go in, Sarah had already seated someone in her chair again. Hadn’t even checked the last person out and she was already bumping me again. I told her what had happened and that I had already been bumped while waiting in the parking lot and she responded with, “it’s not my fault.” I was super nice about it and again said that I had been in the parking lot and bumped now twice. She hadn’t started the next person and she was again said that it was my fault for not waiting in the waiting room. I explained that I was following the app’s instructions and she said. “Too bad..” Luckily the regional manager was walking in as this was occurring and was able to help, but Sarah was just plain rude and honestly out of control. Thank god that the regional person was there. Otherwise it would have been “Piss off.” I just got the notice from Google that my review reached 3000 people. I though that it only proper that I adjust my review based on how bad the manager Sarah is. It’s a real bummer too is that I had switched my whole family over to her. We now go to Cosmo’s here by the house and they treat us like valued customers instead of “what are you gonna do about it.” My original review is below. Good luck. It’s all about the stylist you prefer for sure, but The Great clips on Greenfield and McKellips is awesome! Sarah is the manager over there. She’s the best! After watching for a while I noticed that Angel was really good too. He and Sarah are my exclusive go to’s. They are great! After going myself for years, my wife suggested that I take the girls. Their hair came out amazing too. So my wife broke down and tried her once. She goes back there now too. Hope this helps…

We just love the fun and friendly staff at our favorite great clips! Today the manager was being kind to my 4 year old, talking about her grinch stuffed animal. Suddenly the manager went to her office and brought out her own grinch stuffed animal! It was so much fun. Thank you for always making our experience so personalized and welcoming.

Always fast and friendly. Just remember it's one of the cheap places so don't expect to much. I always do a easy haircut.

Wasted $18 here worst hair cut I ever had she rush it and didn't even, even up my hair or nothing no fade or anything still had hair some places on the back of my head she didn't even get never going back here again had to go to another place to fix her mistakes
