This was our first time at this location. Both of the stylists were very professional and did a fantastic job on my two kids' haircuts. Think I will be going back there for my haircut and the kids' future cuts. You won't be disappointed and you can thank me later!

Update 1/9/25: I've been dealing with a fungal infection on my scalp since about two weeks after my last visit which was in October. Update 1/14/25: Went to the Dr today. The Dr confirmed that I have a fungal infection on my scalp, neck and now on my face. Listen. There are NO Barbicide jars at the stations. This is red flag No 1. I was in such a hurry on the day of my visit that I didn't even realize that Leslie went from cutting hair, to the register and then cut my hair and never washed her hands, cleaned her shears or grabbed a new comb. It was half way through my cut that I even noticed the absence of Barbicide jars. I will not be back. I will pay extra to go to a full service salon. Original post: I have been on a hair journey ...unintentionally. This is the fourth time in six months that I have been to a salon. The first two really messed up my hair....chunky, uneven...I even tried to fix it myself, to no avail. So, when I walked in here, I was a mess. I was a challenge. Leslie handled my situation calmly and did a wonderful job. I will return here for future service. Three days later: Thank you, Leslie!! You did a wonderful job! I love my new hair!!

I don't usually go to great clips, but today I didn't have a choice, I was rushing to an interview I desperately needed to get to. We spon arrival i was greeted by a very wonderful young woman, named Chelsey. I told her I needed my head shaved and a beard trim and also that I am in a rush, she replied with, "I am the woman for the job." And she was so right, got me in and out of her chair in less than 15 minutes. I live close, so I'll definitely be returning because of Chelsey's great attitude and even better skills.

I ve been to great clip many times in many locations, I went to great clips mesa location 1(12/06/2024)where my hair cut was done by white lady Chelsea.. she is one of disgusting and disrespectful woman I ve ever met in my life She was disrespectful the whole time I was controlling myself whole time to avoid any confrontation. I will just give an example i requested her if can please make lttle sharp on my side has I have more grey hair.. she told me I quote "I am not here to dye your hair" this was one of the examples.. Company should look into the staff like this.. or u loose loyal customers.. and she messed up my whole hair and it was unclean and look like an unprofessional 🤧🤧😡

This place on Baseline in the Fry's strip mall is so much nicer than the one on Frye next to Target.

I brought my 4yo in for a cut and style. She was doing a complete change from long hair to a short style. Sal did her hair and he was the best! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and asked him for a change I wanted. He was so great with my daughter and he checked in with me throughout. We will definitely be back!

Great place to catch a snip get your ears lowered. Hit by a mower, trim the drapes they will not do the carpet i asked, but great place to get groomed standard great clips but they do take care of you quite well

Excellent Hair Cut,and wonderful experience, very affordable for me,I will be back. Hadn't gotten my hair cut professionally since 2019, I called places near me and the prices were too high. Very Happy with my haircut and was only $18.plz Don't forget to give a tip,they work hard.

My Favorite Hair Salon. Very professionals. They was giving me exactly that I need and listening my request. Thanks a Lot Sara, She is the Best for me. Wonderful people. Great Job Guys, Bless you all .♥️😘 At this time, im very dissspointed from Great Clips. I'm tertyfief to Comebsck there for the Last Terrible Experirnce. After to being spending months on Bed recovering from my health. I went very excited to got a hair cut and make me feel beautiful again and ready to Comeback work. Looking for a medium length professional hair from from a Picture that I found on internet. I was attended by a ear imparued or deaf problems Woman ( I don't remember her Name). I showed her the picture fir a better understand. My intuition was telling me don't take a haircut with her. I dit it to give her a Chance. Worst Decision ever!!! She cut my hair Al ear.level...no way to have my middle level hair cut to work.. together with His Terribke Rude Character, pulling my hair, pushing my shoulders. I explained with the pic she did not care, she shoutrd at my lot if trash and I left the store crying. Never again with Great Clips.

This is an absolutely fantastic location. I had a very very good experience. My stylist when I went was Katie and I was able to get in immediately with an online check-in. She took my feedback into an account and delivered outstanding haircut. She only works on Saturday and Sundays but it’s well worth a visit.
