My hair was down to my middle back. I gave my stylist a photo. I wanted it shorter in the back and longer it in the front. You have no idea what she did to me, not only did she give me the same haircut that she had which I already thought was Atrocious, but she ignored me the entire cut and kept talking to a coworker, almost flirting. It was very unnerving. Now I’ve lost 13 inches of hair and I look like Dora the Explorers insane aunt so thanks. It just reminded me to never ever go to great clips again

This was my favorite great clips… until today: the lady in the front with the ginger hair, has the absolute worst attitude with customers. I waited 35 mins for my son to get his haircut and I saw one of the other workers accidentally erase his name and swap it with another client who had booked with a different spelling. I did not care that the spelling was wrong, I only was letting her know so she could pull up his profile to get the correct cut! But since she wanted to have an attitude about every little thing I was saying, I left after waiting nearly an hour. Never coming here again and I’m so disappointed because I loved these girls. It was a simple mistake and I just wanted his profile checked so he got the correct cut by someone who has never cut his hair before, until she is gone, I won’t return,

The great clips in fry's store is bad if you are under 65. If you are over 65 they will treat you like gold. I've been there twice now. The first time an older gentleman was taken before me, even though I was checked in and waiting for 30 minutes and he just walked in, but you know " I understand cause he's a regular" is what I was told. Then when it was my turn, again, the stylist wouldn't even talk to me, I didn't complain once when I was there. Everybody has a bad day. The second time, which is the the day I'm writing this review, got there when it was opening. Two people in front of me was told it would be a 30 to 45 min wait, made me ponder for a second trying to figure out my schedule but was ok. Left to grab a soda from the store, came back into the employee and customer talking crap about the situation. With the employee turning and saying oh it's just those guys, and finishing the conversation, with the customer, "if they don't like, there's the door". So I took them up on that. Went to a different great clips on baseline and was treated great, in and out 10 min. ( all i get is a buzz cut #2 all around).

Never listen to how we want our hair cut. A inch on top and fade on the side. Left two inches on top of my son. Go to this great clips for awhile and they NEVER do it right. I went back the day after to fix it and they wanted to charge me for their mistake.

Maria gave me a good haircut and she gave me a senior price discount which was very nice of her. She's a sweetheart and she has talent for cutting bob's. She's also a teacher and I just really admire her for working 2 jobs and being good at both of them.

Checked in online with no wait. Takes 5 mins to drive there but by the time we got there 3 other people were checked in before us. 30 mins later it was finally time for my son's haircut. Then the lady was having trouble with her computer and charged an adult hair cut instead of a child's hair cut. This place has had customer service.

I have been trying to get a specific haircut for some time, and have been so disappointed because I could not get the stylist to listen to what I actually wanted. Today I walked back into Great Clips, and the atmosphere, and the girls we're so kind and caring, I just felt so comfortable and welcomed in your facility I got Maria today and she actually listened to me and gave me the haircut I've been looking for for many years I am so over the moon happy and I have found my new place did you get my hair done. Worst great clips I’ve ever been too. Literally the lady was being so rude to my 4 year old son. Snapping at him and just being so unprofessional. When I said something and tried to defend myself the manager and other lady starting in on me talking trash right in front of my boy. Trust me don’t go to this place essentially if you have kids 💯

My husband liked that this place was able to check a $5 off coupon he had before his haircut and it wasn't a problem like the other greatclips off Idaho, as they weren't very helpful at all.

It’s so very nice to be greeted by Great Clips when I arrive in Mesa especially because I go to a Great Clips Salon back in Maple Grove, MN where I’m from. Here in Mesa, I go to the salon next to Fry’s on Ellsworth and always get good service and the stylists are perfect. The senior discount is great and the coupons are ALWAYS appreciated.
