Called to get a price to shampoo and style my hair. Lana said that I would need to call around to other locations to see because they were short staffed and didn’t have enough people to style. I told her all I was really wanting was shampoo, blow dry with a roller brush for volume, and she still referred me to call around until I asked her “you can’t do that” and she said then said you can come in and we’ll do the best we can. Don’t worry I will go some where else.

Came in today for a haircut. Get the usual haircut #4 on the sides and scissor cut medium rest of the way. Next thing you know the barber basically shaves off my entire head, I asked for a medium cut but got the most aggressive cut in existence. The barber kept going and going and going and I told her explicitly this should be a medium cut. Awful experience need refund!

Greatclips advertised 12.99 cut. I went in and requested to have only 1inch removed from ends. She said it will be more 10.00 to shampoo, I agreed. 12.99 trim, 10.00 shampoo. She took me back for a shampoo, combed out wet hair, trimmed, then blow dry. THATS IT. I have straight same length hair, no style just plain. At register she could not find my ticket so told me I would be Fabian in her system?? Then charged me 72.00!!! Do not fall for the 12.99. What they did to me was a gross scam. Feeling so disappointed with Great Clips Tom Hill, Macon, GA.

I've been taking my kids to various hair cutting places in Macon for school cuts the last 2 years. Alyssa, the manager here, was working solo this morning. She was absolutely swamped with a bunch of people who walked in after us but she did not rush. She took her time and she gave my daughter EXACTLY what I asked for; that never happens. In fact, my older daughter went to Great Cuts on Bass rd last week and was super unhappy with her haircut. But, Alyssa's execution was topknotch. The haircut she gave my 8-yr-old was not what I was expecting from a Great Clips, I'm very impressed. Alyssa is a very skilled hair artist and my daughter looks great. Thank you!!! We will definitely be back!

The new lady..Tammy cute my dad's hair and gave him a shave 🪒 My dad is 77 years old and has dementia. She was so sweet, compassionate, and did a wonderful Job!

We called to make an appointment with Cindy Goens, and we were told she was no longer with the company. You let her go. We have followed her to all the stores she was asked to moved to. She has always been great at listening to how my son wanted his hair cut, and she has always found a time for us to come to her. We will be following her to her new place of business. Great Clips you have lost a wonderful stylist and dedicated clients.

I love the app, I never have to wait when I use the app to get "in line". I've never gotten the same person but everyone gives a good hair cut, like the saying goes the difference between a good hair cut and a bad one is about 2 weeks. It's great for 20$ with tip

Sherri is fantastic! She understands how to groom a long beard. And that is special as most stylists can't trim it properly when you want to grow it longer bur still stay well groomed.

The hairstylist messed up my nephew's haircut. He did provide a photo, but the cut was botched. She did not charge for the cut, but we had to to another Great Clips to get it fixed. She was apologized for the cut, but he was upset.

Was ahead of 4 other walk-ins They took who they wanted when they wanted. The lady in the second chair from the left. Continuously repeated to the small child Be still Or I'll have to cut it higher. He's a small child And it was tickling him Tremendously... Told him he could have a treat even though he didn't deserve it..
