Came in today around 4:45 as a walk-in. There were two stylist each with someone in their chair. I was greeted and registered as a guest. I waited around 15 minutes for one of the stylist to be available. In the meantime, there was a family to walk in and had registered online. I was skipped because I was a walk in? I'm out!!! They tried to explain, however there's no explaining when I was in the door 1st and they put me on the list!!!

Sat and waited for someone for about 15 min just to not get a hair cut. Don’t recommend.

Came in on 4/11 at 6pm. Closes 7pm. The woman taking my information was visibly, very visibly aggravated. Her aggravation spilled over to me and another customer. Not only could you see her aggravation, it was also very evident in her speech, facial expressions, etc. She was plain ol' mad. Made me feel like i was the problem. Other customer got aggravated after a few minutes and left. The stylist leaves her customer to run outside and ask man if he is leaving (yes he left).After i waited over 30 min, another customer walked in, and the same visibly aggravated employee called her back(she had an online checkin). I politely left as well. I will probably politely not return even though i only live miles away. I prefer polite and courteous.

Always take my son here for his cuts, get different ladies every time but have never had any issues with any! They’re very friendly and cut hair very good. Affordable hair cuts!

Alyssa did my hair yesterday and I love it. I didn’t know how great it really looked until I got home and washed it . I colored and blow dried it . I’m like oh my Lord I love my hair. Big shout out for Alyssa.

Cynthia is the ENTIRE reason I go to Great Clips! She makes you feel like you are at a custom salon and does an Amazing job! Before her, it was Jessica who was also Amazing. Outside of them, I can't vouch for anyone else there, but I go out of my way to see Cynthia every single time I need a haircut ❤️

I was kinda nervous at first because the same lady has been cutting my hair for the past 4 years. This was my first time here and the lady totally rocked cutting my hair I do no remember her name but she did an amazing job Everyone in there was so nice and polite also. I will definitely be back.

I was refused service today because "we are closing soon". I was there 12 minutes before closing time, and while I realize it was a close call, she told me it would take about 15 minutes for my haircut so literally it would keep her 5 minutes past closing with check-out and all. I guess this business is flourishing since employeesmake decision to turn away paying customers just because they are ready to go home. Lost revenue today and quite honestly, lost a customer forever. Will never come back.

The team here is amazing but Vic's work and energy is above the rest! She took great care of my hair and did what was best for it instead of just cutting it and being on her way. Her energy and personality is one to light up a room and she was so wonderful to talk to. She is so sweet and always makes you feel like you're catching up with a best friend. Best experience I have had in a hair salon and I couldn't have picked a better stylist! Please go see her. You won't regret it 🥰
