Aways a great experience with Great Clips. Never been disappointed with any cut. I have been a customer with this location for over 10 years. Thanks for all you do to keep my head looking good. Considering my face can keep the crows out of the corn you guys make even me look good!!!

Took my 2 year old in for a botched hair cut repair (done by me at home) and Victoria was amazing with him. He usually screams and cries for haircuts but he hopped up in her chair and was not scared at all. Highly recommend Victoria if you have a kid that doesn’t like haircuts! We will be back.

I went to the Great Clips on Zebulon Rd. I have used great clips around Macon, Ga for many years. My experience this week was the worse. I do have thin hair. I asked the "stylist". Who was not a younger stylist to cut my hair where the back would turn under. She cut it and said, I cut it you can make it turn under. My husband had to cut off a two inch long section that was sticking out below the rest of the hair in the back. Please note he is not a stylist, he is a heavy equipment operator.

I recently went into this location to get my grandson a haircut. I’m not sure of the young lady’s name, but she was in the first chair closest to the computers. She did a great job on him. She was very sweet & good with kids! We will be back!

Amazing group! Was in town from Chicago and thru took great care of me. Even had a sing a long before I left. Everyone in that shop was warm and welcoming. I’ll be back when I visit Macon again! Good job on the shape up.

Husband's hair a bit to short a #6 and he was charged full price and he is a disabled veteran and a senior.65 yrs old. He's been coming to this same location for more years then I can remember.other than that no worries.

I got my hair "cut" at great clips on Tom Hill and it was a mess I looked like I had a mushroom on my head. She told me to go home and play with it so I did and found long strands that she missed. I let it grow out because she did not cut the style in the picture I showed her. I went to great clips on Zebulon rd to get it cut like I wanted and the lady who cut my hair was sniffling and wiping her nose with tissue and continued cutting my hair without washing her hands. She also didn't cut my hair like the picture so now I'm home sick with another botched haircut. I'll never go back to them again!!!!!

So I have never ever written a review but this was such a absolute train wreck of a hair cut that I had to write one , she asked what I wanted and I said 2in off all the way around and layered up in the back simple enough right?? Nah nah nah she proceeded to absolutely go to town on my hair it’s uneven in every spot, it’s the worse hair cut I have ever had personally, I’m embarrassed to go back to work like this , I’ll just have to where a hat until my hair grows back out and when it does I will not come back to this place 1/10 would not recommend,(I still gave a tip tho) my dad laughed at me when he saw it , there’s so many gaps it’s ridiculous I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

They are usually empty so you will not have a long wait. The hair stylists are accommodating and communicate instead of not talking during the haircut. The clip notes idea is great as it cuts down on explaining your hair style. They also confirm that your previous styles are what you want or if you want to mix it up. I will definitely keep coming here.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I have a 4 year old son on the spectrum. We have seen Brittany twice at this location and both times she was phenomenal with him. Patient and speaking to him and helping him through a process he is uncomfortable with. From the second we walked in today, the women working were over it. All relaxed, sitting at their stations. We were the ONLY customers in the salon. The woman who greeted us checked us in, and I asked if there was someone working that is experienced in dealing with children that are very particular and sensitive. She said yes and asked “delana(might be her name)” if she could do it (after making an annoyed face) clearly pawning him off on someone else.DELANA responded with a literal childlike sigh and said “my station isn’t even ready yet” so while the other two sat there, we waited. She then proceeded to get annoyed with him BEFORE he even got in the chair. He was clearly scared. Instead of even saying “it’s ok” she said “come on buddy. Just get in the chair!” I coaxed him into the chair and the effort of comfort she made was pressing the vibration against his leg to show him the clippers were harmless. The effort stopped there. She asked “is there a reason he doesn’t want to be touched?” I answered that we’re on the waitlist for the autism testing center, and she ROLLED HER EYES!! He kept wincing when she’d touch the clippers to his neck and he has red marks all over his neck. Somehow though she “hasn’t touched him yet” then after maybe 5 minutes of ”trying” she gave up. When I asked for a method to leave a complaint “there isn’t one, and the manager won’t be in until tomorrow” then proceeded to yell at me when I pressed. I get that it’s a process, that it’s time consuming, that it’s difficult, but in no way did this woman handle her job well. I am absolutely disgusted really. Not only did she butcher his head, she’s shown him that getting a hair cut really isn’t fun and her frustration resonated with us both. I doubt I’ll get him back in a chair for months.

Went in for just a shampoo and blow dry. Very surprised it cost 30$! But I have a bad shoulder and had to have this done. I think 20$ would have fair.

Always have had a good experience at this Great Clips. I am usually here twice a month since I like to keep my hair short. Staff is good and online check in is a breeze.

Ask the lady if she could do this hairstyle she said yes showed her the pic. She did not know how my grandson is so embarrassed to go to school never again . All she had to say is no I can't do that she went cut crazy

Classic great clips, not too crowded on weekdays, fun staff. Always try to book your appointments online to avoid waiting for your turn.

Twice I’ve been here with my son and we have been skipped. Once with the online booking too. Just rude. If you don’t want to do kids hair cuts don’t offer them.

What’s her name cut, wash and dry my hair. I feel so much better. My hair feels and looks so much healthier. It was way too long way down my butt. I came in all tangle up and she took care of me. Thank you so much. I should have tip more but she had no change for my bill.
