Do NOT go to the lady named Amanda in the Macomb, IL Great Clips. Very rude lady I didn’t give tip because of her rudeness from the beginning and just don’t have right now with Christmas. She couldn’t even say thank you and walked off with attitude. I said no thank you?? Could I have my receipt ? And she told me I could get it!!! So I ripped it off from the other side of the counter 😮 yes I did go back in and make a complaint. Amazing how people are these days so sad….

Go so the ladies At great clips, they do an awesome job! I only had a minor problem not from last haircut but haircut before but it never happened after that. I’m just really picky about my hair! But they do an awesome job there!

Have had a Great experience times! (today and back in May with my other son) Nov 6th - Tonya H and Tonya S were both friendly, quick, and skilled. Has been a good experience for both the 9yo and the 11yo who have very specific opinions about what they want for their hair. The kids' opinions being queried and respected was very nice! Great Clips had been over in a building across the street to the west of Walmart, but they're now right next to Starbucks (picture included for clarity about location)

I can't say enough about this Great Clips location! All of the hair stylists that I have had cut my hair have done a great job! They listen to what I want and make sure there are notes in the computer for the next time I visit! Please give this Great Clips a try the next time you need a great and affordable haircut! Still an amazing place for a great haircut!

I’m 30 and this is the worst haircut of my life, very poor service, she clearly did not understand what I wanted and abandoned mid cut, it is a disaster, I can’t even go outside looking like this. I’ve been here 3 times and all 3 times I was never satisfied, today marks the end, NEVER AGAIN!!

Messed my hair up AGAIN! I don't see what's so difficult about a simple high and tight haircut. Even after telling them what not to do, they still do it anyway and make it look like total trash. Worst part is that it's a different person every time. So it seems like none of them know how to cut hair. Also, every time I go in there the price increases another $3. I will not be going to this location again. Waste of money, waste of time.

My experience wasn't that good. She cut off much more then I asked for,and when she was "finished" one side was way longer then the other. After I mentioned it she did fix it,but I wasn't very happy about it. Especially since I wanted about 1 1/2 inches off ,and she took off around 4 inches.she was very nice but considering the actual haircut, i won't be going back.

My son gets his hair done here and they are always amazing. Get on the wait list from home and avoid the wait! 5 days ago when his hair was finished I asked what he thought of it. My 11 year old boy said “I think it looks amazing”. You have him confidence to start a new school year! Thank you. We are now Life long customers.

My stylist was very welcoming and so nice. I got a shampoo and a haircut. She didn't rush thru either service. She cut my hair very thoroughly and it turned out great! It was a very relaxing and I will be back!

Not the last hairstylist, but the one before her, gave me the best haircut of my life! I don't remember her name, but if I do I will update this review. Great place! Update! That last haircut should've been just as good as the best haircut of my life if the girl had followed the notes from the previous stylist. Meh. I don't think she did. My haircut went from great to sort of ridiculous. Maybe I shouldn't have told her about the great job the other stylist did? I mean, do you think they're whispering in there heads "oh yeah? Best haircut EVER? I'LL SHOW YOU A GREAT HAIRCUT PORKY PIG!! MISS PIGGY'S GONNA WANT YOUR CURLY Q TAIL AFTER DIS ^@^@%&! I don't know. I just know I'm avoiding that person from now on!lol

This place was really heaven sent for me yesterday, I can’t think of the ladies name that did my hair but she was FANTASTIC she really understood what I was going thru and was very patient and nice. She fixed the mess I had made of my hair and now I feel EXTREMELY light and happy for the first time in Years!!!!! I really hope this reaches her because she deserves to be recognized cuz without her I would have been bald, so Thank you to the lady with beautiful black hair , I’m the girl next door lol……she will understand!
