Very good work. On line check in saves me from waiting in the lobby. They record the specifics of my haircut so I don't have to explain it every time. So far, it has not mattered which stylist, my hair is just how I want it to look.

As many "razor" cuts (or any cut for that matter) as any of these places do, I don't understand why they don't have "compressed" air hoses. Instead, people walk out with hair all over their faces, clothes, etc.

Have gotten so many compliments on this haircut. Last 2 times going to Great Clips in Sevierville Tennessee I had to go back to have them redo my cut. It's nice to finally get a great cut. Wish I lived in Texas so I could go back there. Maybe the person that did my hair could go to Sevierville and teach them how to cut hair !!!!!!!

I went for a cut, shampoo and style. She must have been having a bad day. My hair was chopped, not layered. I showed her a pic of how I wanted my hair styled-not a new cut for me. She barely glanced at it. What I got was blunt, chopped cut hair, not a good layering cut at all. No shampoo and no styling as I was told her curling iron was not working. What a waste! I was going to other places and left there with my hair hanging in my face. I went to a store nearby and purchased a hat to wear so I didn’t look so bad. Learned my lesson. Just wanted a good trim-terrible haircut! Worst I’ve had in many years.

Listen!! Everyone and I mean everyone there are so nice!!!! Me and my grandma got a haircut together today it’s been years and I mean years since we both got a real haircut and everyone there are just so welcoming we had a coupon in the mail and decided why not and we’re so glad we did!! Both of our cuts looks grate and it was so quick we were in and out! I didn’t get the names of the two ladies that cut our hair but our names is jasmine and Mary t we thank y’all both !! We will be back!!! 10/10 recommend
