I went to get my waist long hair cut up to my shoulders. Stylist never used a pair of scissors, didn't ask how I parted my hair, and literally used a comb and clippers to cut it off. Took her 5 minutes. I have a very uneven bob. Long hair on either side. I said I wanted it to curl under and she told me to do it myself with products at home I don't have like a straightener. Not friendly. I guess it's OK for kids getting buzzed but she was rude and unfriendly the whole time. I asked for a wash before hand and she said that wasn't possible. Worst haircut ever and I cut off 2 ft of hair. Could've done at home with my husband's clippers.

I always get a great haircut at this location. The Lady's (I was taught to call them Lady's) are friendly, very professional.Yes I would recommend Great Clips to a friend.

With this location, service is usually pretty good. I think I've only had one experience that was not pleasant but that stylist also did not stick around either. But the turnover at this location also seems pretty high. I don't think I've seen the same stylist more than 2 or 3 times. Today, I got the usual haircut and everything was perfect! We had a casual conversation while she buzzed my head and I got in and out pretty quickly. I don't think I would have had time for a beard trim, but she didn't ask either so that's fine. Prices are getting a little high for a quick cut like mine. $18.00 is a lot for something simple. I was glad my wife sent me a coupon, that way I had the extra change and could tip my stylist a little more after she was done.

Great Job, I told her to cut my hair and beard so it looks nice, and she made my beard and hair look great, it had grown out and was shaggy. My beard was about 2 inches long and overgrown in the side burns, looking a little 1800's. She brought me back to this century 😉 See before and after

So we take our teenage boys in to get a haircut. There's two blue/purple haired stylists in there so each boy goes to one of them. 10 minutes later they look like their hair went through a blender, no exaggeration. It is completely uneven, looks ridiculous, and is too short to fix. So now they feel horrible and have to wait for it to grow out before it can be fixed. Never step foot in that place! How do these people even get a license? The place should be shut down!

They generally give a. Good cut for a reasonable price . I am usually on the fence about the haircut. Done stylists do ok. Some but her your hair. I just had Latasha cut mine. She listened to my questions, advised me & asked me questions. I'm very happy with her work. Big thumbs up to Latasha, great clips by At& T. Longview .
