I have been going to the Tule Springs Great Clips location on Farm Road and North Durango for senior haircuts monthly since it opened in 2018. I have always been very satisfied with my haircuts over the last 6 years. The cost of senior haircuts has increased about five dollars, but it is still very reasonable. I always give the hair stylist a $5.00 tip. The online check-in is very convenient. I check in at home using the Great Clips ap for this location. The system gives the information on waiting time and your position on the check-in list. I live about 5 minutes away from this location, allowing me to easily adjust the time that I leave home. I will continue to get my haircuts at this convenient Great Clips location. I hope it stays in business forever. Ken

I have been going to great clips for years and they have always done great. This time I went to the one by smiths and am so disappointed. I came home yesterday and my daughter said what did they do it's not even and looks horrible. There were 2 guys only there which I had never seen and he did a horrible cut. I asked for 2 inches off and flip under. It is so uneven and wrong. I am calling the one on farm and durango and asking them to fix it this morning. I will let you know Well I went back next day and had a lady help me that was awesome. She did an excellent job and no charge I gave her a nice tip 😀 I'm happy now with them as always had been

I tried to get a quick haircut before my flight but had a few issues. There was definite language barrier but I had assumed she understood me when she shook her head and said yes. The plan, which couldn't have been hard, was that all I asked was that she do the same thing as what I had on file but leave the top longer and a little weight on the sides. I have fairly thick glasses so I cannot see what she is doing if I don't have them on which I explained multiple times. She asked me if the length was good and I said I'd have to feel it and she moved the clippers so I thought she was letting me feel it but then ran the clippers into my hand when I touched my hair. It then got to the end and she did my neck rounded and showed me the back which I found out later was uneven. She held the mirror high so I couldn't see the neckline so I sat up to see it and she had buzzed two bald spots into my neckline. I asked her if she could fix that and she said "I didn't cut that because you have no hair there" which is bullshit. I'm 26 and male and have super thick hair and I had two people feel where she was talking about and I had stubble. She buzzed bald spots onto the back of my head and wouldn't admit her fault. So I asked her to take it up higher so it wouldn't look as bad. She also did my sideburns way higher than I pointed to. She also did them at different angles and different heights on both sides. I didn't have time to come back and get it fixed before my flight and had to fly with a hoodie on to cover how bad it was.

This is the worst hair cut I have had in years. When I told hairstyles that it was not short enough she got snippy and asked if I could just let her finish and the she would address my concerns after that. Needless to say when she was done and asked what I thought I just said I was done and got up and left. It was not only to long it was not cut even my husband says it looks chopped. Then I find out my friend was there on Friday and the same girl gave a lousy hair cut also. I will not he going back, be aware of Zaria .

By far the WORST experience I’ve ever had attempting to get a hair cut. The guy refused to do my hair because I didn’t “know exactly what I wanted him to do”. I gave the same instructions I give to literally every hair stylist, he was rude, not knowledgeable what’s so ever, and created a terrible experience overall. I will never go back here and recommend everyone avoid this location. The hair stylist/cutters they have now are beyond imaginable levels of worse than what was here even two years ago. GreatClips should close this location. UPDATE: I went to the super cuts right across the street and they did a wonderful job with the same instructions/details and without the ticket showing what I had done last time. I’d highly recommend going there instead.

Different types of stylist with different hair cut 💇‍♂️ experience. They are pretty good overall I just wish I could stick to one stylist but they are always at another location. The price is good for a hair cut. Only one feedback I just have to give. I checked in on the app and arrived for the appointment time maybe 5-10minutes early as I checked in. There was a lady with glasses and had rainbow colored hair. She took a guy that walked in later, after me and I was sitting kinda letting her know that I was before him. Her response was; “you’ll wait your turn.” I was sorta stunned by her reaction. Not that I had any previous experience with her but that tone in her and the next guy just looked really aggressive. No worries it’s just a hair cut and I always leave a tip. I just hope I could skip her next time she tries to cut my hair. I just had the impression that she was very nice and friendly. I have been taking my son to this location for 2 Years, they do a wonderful job and Get you in and out. I would suggest to use the app.And make an appointment, it's more convenient.

Great service. Knew what I wanted for haircut from my previous Great Clips. I made an adjustment to my normal haircut which they incorruptible in regards to future visits. I received a Perfect haircut!

Loud music, stylist busy talking about person lives, got a trim but nothing else, once I disagreed with stylist's idea attitude changed, felt rushed, quick to charge me full price. Nope won't be visiting this location again

They get less than 1 star! Rosie is horrible. She talks the entire haircut. I’ve tried several times to give her the benefit of the doubt. However, I’ve had it and am going to another stylist to corrected her bad haircut.
