I went to this location to see if it was better than the other 210 location... It is NOT. I showed the"stylist" a photo of what i wanted, and she didn't even come close. She claimed to be the manager, but her hair cutting skills reeked of student level. I wanted to blast her, but i didn't want her to cop an attitude, because that would've set me off even worse. I could've gotten a better cut at WalMart, and at least they would've had a hat i could buy to cover up the abysmal haircut. I've contacted Great Clips corporate in MN before, but those idiots are just as bad as the fools they got working in their shops. Needless to say, i will NEVER return to ANY Great Clips as there's nothing great about them.

My son went in for a haircut, and the service he received was horrible. Most of the time this salon has done a great job of doing what he has asked. But on Sunday, December 22nd, he went in to get a scissor trim (as it says on the notes they have logged) and she used a buzzer instead (only to make the haircut go by faster may I add) which made his hair way shorter than he asked. He tried reminding her that he only wanted a scissor cut but she responded DISGUSTINGLY by stating "you seriously thought I wasn't going to use the buzzer, like cmon now..." her attitude remained throughout the whole haircut, which left him very frustrated. I sit hear now asking you to do something. I sent in an email yesterday and got no response. Please get in contact with me so we can settle this now 😡😡😡.

I've been to this store twice in the last month and each time I'm told to have a seat. Noone there and it will be a 15 minute wait. I complained and they could have cared less. Avoid this place.....

Brought my boys in for haircuts, they did a terrible job. We normally go to the hair cuttery but i was too busy tonight to drive there, so i chose great clips. Hair was uneven, choppy and one had a section of hair not even clipped along the neckline. They also left covered with hair all over their face and neck and were itchy. I fixed it at home because the stylists didn’t even ask me how it looked before getting them out of the chair and sending them over to me. It was extremely fast and maybe that’s the problem, they were rushing. I won’t be going back.

Worst haircut ever! Didn't listen to me. I even had a picture of me and how I like my hair. Not a difficult cut at all. Now it's to short so my hair sticks up. Shaved to high on the sides and the top isn't even equal lengths in the bangs. Looks like I got hit with a weed eater. spend extra money anywhere else! 911 I need somebody to fix this.

Piece of garbage. The guy don’t know what he is doing. He tries to do something by himself without listening. Been going to great clips for years. Not coming to this location again. Great clips you need to hire people who know what they are doing. Wish I could give 0 ratings.

Should be zero stars. I went in for a haircut and beard trim with a decent length on my current beard. I asked for my beard to be trimmed and tapered and she just started cutting and didn’t know what it meant. She said she is new to beards after she already started cutting, clearly with no idea what to do. She absolutely butchered it to the point I had to trim it down to the lowest guard on my own to cover the mistakes she made. If you don’t know what you are doing, that should be stated because I would have rather had nothing done than what was done. She then provided an awful haircut. It’s almost laughable how bad of an experience this was, I am not sure someone trying to mess it up could have done worse.

Rarely do I visit a hair salon and leave with hair that looks worse than when I arrived. I simply requested a wash and blow dry, hoping for a pleasant change on my wash day. Although I was informed that skipping the blow dry would be cheaper, that wasn't my preference. Regardless of cost, I expected my hair to be dry upon leaving. While I appreciate transparency about pricing, I didn't inquire about it initially. The wash itself was satisfactory, even relaxing. However, I'm unsure if conditioner was used; it felt like diluted shampoo. If conditioner was applied, it wasn't noticeable. The blow drying process was peculiar. Two blow dryers were used simultaneously, without any brushing. After a brief drying time, my hair was still wet. When questioned, the stylist mentioned avoiding excessive moisture removal, which surprised me. As my hair is naturally wavy, this unconventional drying method resulted in frizziness. Despite a brief additional drying attempt, the result was unsatisfactory. This experience was unprecedented for me, and I strongly advise against it for future customers. I'll need to redo my hair at home to address the frizz caused by this styling method. Though I typically avoid confrontation, I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction. Consequently, I won't be returning to this salon for any services.

Will never come back. Came in for a simple frame of the face. Hair is weird and uneven now. Unfortunately, I have to find a new salon to fix what they did and pay for that. Ugh.

I love the great clips here on Saturdays the crew is great!! I’ve got the best haircuts on that day!! But Sunday beware. There’s an old hag that really needs to retire. I mean it’s craziness going on. Stay clear on Sunday! One star deducted for that day!!

Even after explaining my needs, nobody took care of that. When you ask, they say yes for everything, and later, the lady just said its quick haircut place we can not spend that much of time on ladies. We have lot of men coming in for quick haircut services. 100 % disappointed 😞 I am writing the review immediately after coming out of great clips, which is not so great. I wish I could give no stars at all.

I have been going to this great clip for a few years. I have had lots of problems with the accuracy of their appointments by using their app. The time is very inaccurate and bounces back and forth on your arrival time and place in line. When I arrived on my last appointment at the time requested time and inquired as to why it was showing me 7th in line on their screen in the store but showing me next in line on the app, one of the ladies cutting hair said look at what the screen say and that's what you get. I told her unfortunately I'm a customer and will not be spoke to with that kind of rudeness and I said I won't be getting that because I'm leaving and won't be back. Customer service on many occasions prior to this has been the same. Don't recommend this Great Clips.

So my experience was this, I called and said how long is the wait and was told? There's no way but you might wanna go ahead and make a reservation online. I didn't do that I just went there and it's nice lady cut my hair. The price was more than fair. The haircut was great. A red reviews were people who have had a hard time or bad time with their online scheduling. Probably best just to go to the store and figure it out there. Again my experience was outstanding.

The hair styler a man African American heavy hands, all I asked 3 all over and he didn't do it right , I checked it in my car and there is definitely difference between left side and the right side....I went back to the store and he was nervous why I came back ....the worst experience ever in great clips
