Rose was the lady who cut my hair. She is absolutely terrific at cutting my hair. She did such a great job and exceeded my expectations. She is also very affable and very easy to talk to talk to overall I had a very good experience with her.

I nervously went here to get a new hair style, and I'm glad I did. Rose was amazing!! She is very friendly and her skills are top notch!! She did my hair up just right!! This shop handles being busy well, so the wait times aren't ridiculously long. Shop is clean and maintained. Reasonable prices. The area can get a bit congested, but it's not too bad.

Clean, friendly, reasonably priced. Love their online wait list sign-up. They greeted every customer as soon as they walked in the door. They have a wonderful notes system so no matter what location, when you return the next person can give you the same cut. I'll definitely be back.

I have gotten back hair cuts before and I showed them a picture to prevent it. But I did want a cut that was not my usual cut. I asked Rose for her professional opinion. And then we agreed on this cut. And I love it. She was amazing and so nice and gentle. Definitely going to return.

I just went here and there were a few knots in my hair and this worker named Komiko was asking me my age and when i told her she was saying how my hair was knotted and that it isnt cute. she also said before we left “ you wanna keep ur hair long and cant even comb it out. dont be walking out the house like this again.” then as i was leaving she was still talking about me. don’t recommend.

The stylists here are lovely! I loved the person who cut my hair especially, but I also noticed the other stylists and their interactions with customers and they are professional and kind. One of the hair stylists cut a baby's hair and was calm and smiling the whole time. My stylist was super awesome about asking clarification questions about my hair. I don't get my hair cut a lot so it helped to talk it out. I ended up getting 7 or 8 inches cut off, which is more than I was planning but I am so glad I did.

When my mother walked in, she was not greeted or asked anything by the worker who was closest to the register sitting in her own chair playing on her phone. What this woman did do was look her up and down and give a look of disgust. The person she was greeted by came from the back of the store. Very young. Our original plan was to get 3 cuts. But after that experience, my mother decided she wasn't going to get her hair cut from this store. I helped explain what my grandmother wanted and even showed the young landy a picture of what she wanted. As we watched the young lady cut her hair, i decided i, too, was going to wait to get my hair cut elsewhere. Once they were finished, my grandmother said she loved it, so my mom and i decided not to tell her right away that it looked not so good. Sticking up in the wrong places and jot blended in the back. You could tell exactly where she stopped using the clippers because it looked like a shelf or terrible layering. After we got her out of there, we also noticed that the young lady missed several hairs on the back of my grandmother 's neck. We didn't realize they were still attracted until AFTER we tried to get the excess hair off of her neck and clothes. I even got a clump of already cut hair FROM her hair! The young lady didn't even make the attempt to brush any of the hair off. And the next morning, my grandmother hated the cut saying it wasnt anything like what she wanted. Much too short and uneven invthe back! Later that night, i noticed i had an extra charge on my account from the day. I looked it up, and surprisingly, it was to another "beauty shop." we had not been to any other beauty shop! But somehow i have a charge from great clips AND "First Impressions-585" This experience has been absolutely ridiculous. The Only reason i gave 2 stars is because the young lady did make my grandmother feel more comfortable in her wheelchair when her foot fell off the footrest.

Wonderful, wonderful service. Marcus warmly greeted us right away even though the salon was busy, promptly checked us in and was just all around friendly to everyone. Rose (I believe that is her name, short platinum hair, wide smile) cut my mom’s hair and it was just BEAUTIFUL, exactly how we asked her to do it and she was very friendly. Just truly wonderful experience. Thank you so much!!!
