Another great haircut! And it was Happy Hour…$10 off. Came in on a Wednesday around 1:30-2 , sign out on the road said $10 off so I stopped in, got a great cut for $7 plus tip. Great deal.

The first time I got a haircut here it was great so I was excited to come back today. Today was the worst haircut of my life. It took twice as long and the whole time I was having a panic attack with how terrible this lady was at cutting hair. My scalp hurts from her jabbing the shaver guard into it. I have one sideburn cut all the way up, the other uncut. My hair is totally messed up now. This is awful 😖

Shelley at Leonard St., Grand Rapids location. Saturday, June 15, Shelley gave me one of the best cuts I have ever gotten. She was quick, precise, competent, and professional. She will always be my first choice! I gave a tip but now that I know what a great job she does, next time, it will be double.

Everyone here does an incredible job. Have had 3 different barbers, and have gotten my hair exactly how I wanted it each time. They also care about everyone that comes in and helping them find exactly what they are looking for!

I went in on my birthday, and had hair past the middle of my back. I brought photos of the hair cut I wanted, the girl assure me that she could do it. ( step bob) She lobbed of my hair at the shoulders, and we went to wash. Then back to the chair, this woman went to hacking my hair, my hair is now a choppy shaggy short mess in the back, the top looks like a mushroom! I told her this is getting to short, she said trust in the way she she is doing it. So I trusted. When she was done, she handed me the mirror, I was mortified. I was in tears, she tell me because of my gray hairs it just wouldn't lay right. She tells me it's OK, just pay for the wash. I won't charge you for the cut. I got a little excited to cut your hair. I paided, by this time I am uncontrollably crying, I work with the public, I am a server. I went to my vehicle, parked right in front of there door and had a melt down for twenty minutes. It ruined my Birthday, ruined my hair, self confidence. Please don't trust these people with your hair!!!!!!

The staff at this location (leonard) and knapp are great. Everyone is friendly, and they’re very proficient with getting people in with a minimal wait time, provide a great haircut at a fair price. Kristen has been cutting my hair for years now and she is wonderful. Anyone who has any criticism about a haircut outcome, consider this: get to know your stylists, communicate what you want and allow a couple visits to really fine tune things if you’re especially particular. I have never had a problem, my hair looks great and it’s always a pleasant experience with these folks.
