I've had great experiences here. My last haircut with Courtney was a pleasure. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, and her execution was excellent. I had a lovely time chatting with her throughout the process. The app allows for easy check-in, and it's always quick. I love how affordable it is - truly a great value!

Good, quick service! I went in only for a haircut (no styling). I had super long hair. The hair dresser was patient to detangle and shape my hair. Overall, good experience.

Got my hair cut with Dynasia. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile and Dynasia did a fantastic job. She listened to how I wanted my hair cut and delivered. I would highly recommend Great Clips in Butler plaza, just sign in using the app ahead of time.

Great Services. Great Company. Great App. Exemplary Store! Amazing promotions. Excellent Stylists, in particular Emily and Rebecca. Emily is meticulous, professional, efficient, thorough and a great listener. I just wanted a clean up and to leave the top pretty thick. She also recommended a great product which gives good volume and shape through out the day without the greasy feeling. Normally, the Sexy Hair Volume Flex Texture Spray (middle bottle in my last picture) is roughly $23 but it was on sale for $1 today. Usually, I would wait to see how it held up during my day before I would make a purchase but it felt so nice I went ahead & purchased it. Simply run your fingers through your hair to give it the look you desire. So happy with overall my experience. Thanks for making my day, Emily! Many blessings to you and family.

I got a haircut today from Emily. She was very sociable, friendly, and straightforward with how she planned to approach my curly hair. I left aspects of my haircut open to what she thought would look best, and both myself, and my parents were pleased with it. If I was from the area, would definitely stop by for future haircuts.

Just got my haircut done I specifically mentioned an inch iff from the top, by the end I had barely any hair left to cut. They ruined my curly hair, if you don’t know how to handle curls just say don’t ruin one’s entire personality. Worst, never visiting again even if they pay me

I came in with a haircut I really liked, I just needed it cleaned up. I know the way I like my layers and my cut is a bit different than usual so I was very clear about what I wanted saying I knew it wasn't the usual way of cutting but it was what I wanted, did a little demonstration and the stylist did it exactly what I asked her not to. I was calm but unhappy that she did exactly what I asked her not to. I didn't receive an apology from anyone and was asked to pay the full price for a cut I didn't want and hate. The whole situation could have been avoided with some communication about what I was asking for and I certainly would have felt better if I had received some acknowledgment that a mistake was made.

I got my haircut this morning-- came in on short notice. Dorai took care of me. 1st off-- she has an infectious smile * positive energy. I thought I was going to come in & be a nuisance because I had a bush growing on my head.. She gave me my confidence back for a new job I just started! I love my cut & will be back to see Dorai in a few weeks!

I highly recommend great clips, especially if you're on a budget or want to save some money and/or time - it's really a great place that does quality work for a low price in an efficient manor...! Jackie did a fabulous job on my hair and was professional and I was really happy with the entire experience/outcome. Ready to go back again :)

Rebecca is a lifesaver! I got a pretty bad layered hair cut yesterday and showed up to Great Clips as soon as they opened this morning, hoping someone could help without breaking the bank. She evened out the layers, shaped the bottom, and definitely brought my confidence back after a terrible experience at the other shop. I’m so happy with my hair now and can’t thank her enough for her help. I always come here for their hair products (amazinggg) and trims, I definitely won’t be straying again.

I actually travel close to an hour to go here for my haircuts. I do not always have the same stylist, but they often remember me - and the notes that they keep surely help. Never a bad experience, and usually quite fun.

Love this place. Set up on app went right in and she did my hair exactly how I wanted it. They did Sharon's hair great. Guess that's why it's great clips. Thank you Sarra and Rebecca her at jobs today. We will be back soon.
