Took my 11 yo son and 9 yo daughter in for cuts the other day. The stylists were fantastic! Friendly and talented. We'll be back!

Sent hubby to get a trim from his nice shaped haircut previously done here but he came back with almost no hair left.. Horrible experience. It s a hit or miss here all depends who is available to cut your hair but everytime we go there it’s never the same person. Staff is still very welcoming n nice but might need extra hair experience.

Terrible establishment which does not respect the Great Clips official website policies. I was not allowed by the online system to reserve a time. The legend on the reservation queue was clear "This salon is closing soon. Walk in before it closes or visit tomorrow at 9:00 AM." I walked in 15 minutes before they closed and was told I wouldn't be seen by any barber. As a general rule, you have to take the customers that walk through your doors as long as the time is before they close and the "open" sign still remains on. They didn't take me and they didn't even lock the door nor turned the off sign at 5 PM. I've been to other Great Clips salons and I have seen how some customers walk in a couple minutes before closing and are taken after they finish my cut, even when it is closed already. This was just poor customer service. Great Clips is great, just avoid this specific location.

I was looking for a salon that would cut my thin fine hair and not charge me 45 dollars to do it. I needed a stylist who knew that every snip of the scissors had to be precise because there is no room for mistakes for my kind of hair. After a long search, I decided to give Great Clips a try. I was also treating my friend to a haircut and her hair is opposite of mine, hers is course, thick hair that grows fast, she wanted someone who would do a razor cut for her. So crossing my fingers we took the plunge, I was taken to the shampoo bowl by Jordan and my friend was called to Michell's station, where she was assured that Michelle was very knowledgeable about razor cutting. Jordan is a magician, he took his time, asked my opinions as he worked on my haircut, and at the end I was very excited!! Finally, someone that listened to what I wanted and delivered!!! In the mean time, my friend looked comfortable, she looked happy, and when I asked her about her cut she said she really liked the way Michelle had cut it. It looked great to me!! The cost for the haircuts were under 20.00 each, that is 25.00 less than any of the other salons I had checked out and with me being on a budgeted income, it was like too good to be true, but it was true and I am planning to go back for any future trims or cuts I need and my friend assured me she would be too. There are not many salons in this town that have great stylists and great prices too. Try this one out I don't think you can go wrong. Way to go Jordan and Michelle, you are both awesome stylists and your chair side manner is 5 star!!! Thank you!! Marilyn

Jose really chopped my hair off. HE gave me a buzz cut when I didn't ask for it. Stay away from Jose.

Usually I go here for a buzzcut every month, but my usual barber wasn't there. I figured it'd be no issue, but this guy absolutely BUTCHERED my hair! I asked for a buzzcut and he recommended a fade. I cannot express how awful it looks. It's chopped, ugly, and he didn't even shave where I asked him to. Thanks for WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY! Can't even follow directions on a piece of PAPER!

Everyone at this location is so nice, attentive, and genuinely friendly, I always have a pleasant conversation and a great haircut when I visit. I recently gave barber shops a try for the first time because all my friends go to them, and they make even less sense to me than they used to now that I've experienced what they charge, and the people who work at them don't seem to want to chat with you either. At Great Clips, especially this location, the conversations don't feel forced, the people seem like they actually want to be there and appreciate that you're giving them business, you're in the hands of someone who has and gets a ton of experience, and the best part is that it costs less than half what I paid at a barber shop for the exact same haircut and a more awkward experience. I even get Great Clips coupons emailed or in the mail now and then, my last haircut was completely free thanks to a coupon and was better than a barber shop cut.

I highly recommend Michael 💇. He washed, detangled and cut my daughters curly hair. He was really sweet and very patience with her and my son. I love both of their haircuts.
