We really had a bad experience with an African American (who is having crazy stuff n look) in the past, so we always tried to avoid her, this morning, unfortunately she is one came up for our turn, as usual we pointed someone (Mexican - I have never seen her in this store before) to assign for our haircut. So we were waiting for her to call us after she finishes her current one. In the mean time, they both were talking about what we requested. Eventually that Mexican purposefully ignored us, and moved on to the next person, so we had to wait , wait , wait and had to leave. They both are very rude and worse attitude. I'm sure this African American and this Mexican would have got many complaints about their attitude. I have the contact of this store's Assistant Manager and owner, I'm reaching out to them anyways. Just I want to share it here for everyone to know as well. P.S. Sorry since I don't know their names, I had to call by race to refer correct person, as I had been using this store for 15 years, I don't want to accidentally refer good ones in this store.

Horrible hair cut I would not recommend coming here. The lady rushed through my hair cut. My sides are horrible, I’m gonna wear a hood over my head till it grows back.

Overall, this location provides a decent haircut for men. The experience can be a bit hit or miss depending on the stylist—most are great, while some are just average. That said, I wouldn’t say they ever do a bad job. I visit regularly and generally have a good experience.

I tried checking in on the app, but it only saved one kid, not two. So when I got there an hour later they said they could only cut one and I would have to wait 65 minutes to cut my other kids hair. That’s RIDICULOUS that they can’t address something like that and will turn us away bringing my family there. I’d say stay away, it’s a bad system and the employees don’t care

Have been a customer of this location for a few months now and most of their stylists do a pretty decent job, but this particular stylist called Lindsey messed up my son's hair completely, despite clearly stating how he wanted it, she ended up cutting way too much hair than what he asked for, cut it way shorter. He had been growing his hair for a few months now that's all wasted! At no point it looked like she was listening to his inputs and was just rushing to finish the job. Utterly disappointed!!!!

Wanted a medium cut for myself but the hair stylist has messed up my hair. She made it very small and the hair cut was done in 5 min not sure there was a competition in having the hair cut to be done in 5 min. She was rushing through not sure of the urgency. The other hair cut specialist felt that the hair cut was done very fast. My kids hair cut was done fine.

It’s a great experience with greatclips, they did always the fantastic job. Waiting time on app is so accurate which makes me get in within 5 mins of arrival. Service is good and the stylist is responsible for each and every step of the hair cutting. She is careful on what I need and what looks better for me and gave a suggestion too. Keep up the good work team.

I go to the Great Clips on Eagleview Blvd. for every cut I get. Almost every stylist has cut my hair and they do a phenomenal job every time. The professionalism and quality alone deserve a 5 star review. Thank you guys for taking care of me!

My son just spent $20 on the worst haircut I’ve ever seen. The woman rushed through the cut and the sides aren’t even cut the same way. He showed her an exact picture of what he wanted and what he got looks nothing like it. His hair is cut almost all the way to his scalp. Then she tried to put gel in his hair and charge him $10. If the salon wouldn’t have been closing before he got back home I’d have taken him straight back and got a refund.
