this was a horrible experience. my friend wanted a little of the top but this girl started cutting of 2 to 3 inches off. She was so aggressive my friends head is all red. Never coming back. The girl had glasses on and brown hair

The nice thing about Great Clips is that they have your profile online, so no matter where you go, you get a similar cut.

Loved my visit here today! The online wait list was a breeze and the receptionist was very sweet on the phone. Crystal my hairstylist was amazing and I hope to see her again next time.

I'm always impressed with how friendly the staff is and how quick the service is. I tend to check in online and see some crazy 85 minute wait, but walk into the shop 10 minutes later and get seated because everyone is waiting out the online 85min wait time and nobody is in the shop. The stylists always do a great job and have a clean work station and tools. The one gentleman gets my fade high and tight, just how I like it. I wish I knew his name because it is always a remarkable cut when I get him and he deserves the shout-out. Everyone else does a great job but he just has the touch. The only reason it is not a 5 star review is because they close early (at 5 or 6pm) so I need to wait until my lunch break or the weekend to get a cut as their closing hours match my work schedule.
