I go here every six months or so and my hair is usually done perfect but this time I asked for 3in off and long layers she cut the length of my hair to short and only did one layer I hate I won't be back I've been going there for 10 plus years

I told the girl i wanted about 3 inches below the shoulder. She cut 2 inches ABOVE my shoulder. I came out looking like a little boy. she also tried to straighten wet spots in my hair. never again. LAZY.

Last 2 haircuts were the worst ever still have to grow it out before I can get it fixed. You guys need to hire some better stylist.

Took my two kids there and both of their hair cuts was so uneven and got to a point where it was so short couldnt really do much to fix it. Definitely suggest going somewhere else if you want a good hair cut

The older blond lady is way to sizer happy and don’t care about opinions and did nothing what I wanted asked if I liked it and kept going shorter 4 times after I said it was good

Great place for a haircut, great staff. It’s a shame that they no longer give the military discount. It shouldn’t cost $20 to buzz someone’s head in less than 5 minutes.

I took my soon for a haircut this afternoon, but the rudeness of the greeter was very unexpected. I'm sorry if the lady up front had a bad day, but her attitude made us leave quickly. I should have gotten the older lady's name so the other good people working there are not affected. 8 month later update. I figured to give the place another chance; I took my son for a haircut and we got there close to the door 45mins before closing, however the same older lady without saying anything was closing the door (from the outside) without acknowledging us a we approached; a younger employee that was there too, once she realized the older lady didn't say anything, apologized stating they were closing earlier (then I saw a hand written sign as they finished locking up). We understand things/emergencies happened, but a quick acknowledgement or apology from the senior staff member who saw us first, would have been appropriate in this case (in my humble opinion). Needless to say, we will not try visiting this place a third time.

The girl who cut my son's hair didn't do one thing we wanted. It is uneven and barely cut! I am HIGHLY disappointed!!!

Great haircut, very nice and friendly staff price is great. Definitely recommend and Karla is great and she cut all my hair off with consent I just Came back and once more great staff and a very friendly atmosphere. Karla did it again with the fresh cut.

I just visited the Great Clips on Paul Huff Highway in Cleveland near Publix. Carla cut my hair and did a fantastic job. She was very friendly and asked a lot of questions as to how I would like my haircut. Excellent job and I appreciate the detail. I highly recommend this Great Clips and Carla as your hairstylist..
