I didn’t have an appointment and was asked if I made one online I said no. They told me to have a seat and they would be with me shortly. After sitting there for 20 minutes 5 other people walked in and they were asked if they made an appointment they said no, they had a seat. Each one of those people got called back according to the order they came in while I just got skipped. I was there for 45 minutes nothing was said to me. I got up and walked out.. I’ll never be back. Terrible customer service.

I finally broke down and decided to get my haircut absolutely loved the services I received at Great clips from Chancie she did an excellent job with cutting my wavy hair straight the way I like I have absolutely no complaints which is a first for me going to a hair stylist she also did a wonderful job with keeping me distracted while she cut my hair with my high anxiety I will definitely be a return customer of hers! 🥰

went there Monday for a haircut and I was the only person there and I know now why because they are the too expensive for a cut the funny thing is my cut here in cleveland was 3 too 4 more dollars higher than the great clips in Madisonville or maryville tn so from now on I'll be going somewhere else or Madisonville or maryville tn. for my haircut 20 dollars is stupid for a cheap cut the only reason I gave 2 stars is because the styled was very nice and friendly. wake up your not not running a great haircut place here .

I did 11 years in prison and this place gave me the worst haircut I ever got , I got Mexican friends that can cut hair better with a shaving razor and a comb , this place has all the tools and equipment to do the job , I just wanted my foe hawk faded up , and came out with some type of bowl cut with a point in the back , you can't fix it , only time can , 6 more weeks of wearing a ball cap, I would recommend any other place but this one

One of the few places I've found with a decent senior discount for haircuts. I'd a shame it's only good for a few hours on Wednesday mornings. But I'll take what I can get. The cuts are decent.

If I could give negative stars, I would.. my family tried to check in online and couldn't , so we decided just to go there. After listening to them complain about not getting a break when WE walked in , they didn't agnoledge us even being there for a long time and then they helped 3 more customers that came in way after us.. as the third one walked by us they said " Thanks for checking in online and they turned there backs on us.. so we left .. embarrassed, wasted our time , I'll never be back.. Big Thanks to SUPER CUTS !!
