Araceli did an amazing job, paying attention to every detail and making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I’ve been to many salons before, but this is the first time I truly love my haircut, it’s absolutely perfect! I highly recommend her and will definitely be coming back. 🥰

I am a bit frustrated. I went to Great Clips to fix my hair because I decided to trim it at home by myself. The lady who cut my hair, Nadine was nice, but my hair is so uneven and way shorter than what I wanted. She was just chopping away and not being precise at all. I feel so embarrassed because my right side is way shorter than my left side. People think I cut my hair at home and tell me to go to a salon to have it evened out and I retort with, "I did". I am afraid to go back to have her fix it because quite frankly- I think she is incapable. I told her I wanted my hair below my collarbones and it is above the shoulder. But seriously, one side is about 1inch longer than the other, I am mortified!!

I asked if she could cut in short layers and she said it was not going to look good so I told her if she could cut it in long layers and she said yes but it doesn’t even look like layer s it looks like it just got cut straight . I can’t tell no difference. I shouldn’t never cut it looks the same .

I would like to say thank you to Nadine for one of the best haircuts. I had her cut my hair at the Great Clips at the Sunset Point Plaza and I truly hope she is there the next time I need a haircut, she did a wonderful job and I appreciated it.

I have been coming here for 20+ years. In never have had anything but good to say until today. They seem to have all new staff now and the station I sat at was filthy. The whole station and every trimmer guard was covered in hair. When I said something I was told I shouldn't have seen that! Then when my hair was done, they took my hair cape which was covered in my hair and tossed it up on their station where all their tools were. Absolutely disgusting! I'm going home for a bath and maybe a shower or two...

This location has really gone downhill. All the good stylists left, and recently got the worst haircut in my entire life here. It was supposed to be a trim of my beveled bob cut that had grown out past my shoulders, but the girl didn't understand English and hacked into the back of my hair, and I ended up with an extremely uneven wedge cut. Even my son, who is generally clueless but positive about such things, said "oh wow...that's baaaad".

I am never disappointed at this location. The check-in online is so easy. It's rare that I get the same stylist every time but everyone of them listens to what you want and it helps if you're in the system because then they have a guide from your last visit to start with.

It was okay, I got a good haircut. It was pricey but such as everything these days. I had a free get a haircut card from veterans Day but it expired in December and they wouldn't honor it. But they did give me a receipt or something for $2 off the next time I come in.

Do not go here at all. The older white lady can not even do a simple fade. She messed my hair cut up so badly it’s not even fixable. And I have a interview tomorrow for a job smh

I just received a haircut at the great clips located at 23690 US Hwy 19 in clearwater, FL (33765) To say it was a horrific experience would be an understatement. The haircut was done by a woman who was coughing and hacking all over the place. (She did wear a surgical mask to her credit) After a few bouts she told me that she drank cold coffee and it was making her cough. That made me a bit uncomfortable, but I understood. After a few more coughing fits, and walking over to the next station to take some water, she tells me she's fighting a sinus infection! Now my discomfort level is going through the roof. She did apologize for the interruptions. After 2 more coughing fits, she walked away and asked the other person working to finish me up, without so much as an additional apology. I had to wait in my seat for about 10 minutes (Only other person working that day was cutting someone else's hair) until my cut could be completed. When it was almost done, the stylist walks out of the bathroom, never says another word to me as if though she's mad at me, and gets ready to take her next customer. What an awful experience. This is the first time in my life (I'm almost 63) that I did not leave a tip of any amount in the service industry.
