I find it hard to believe that they cannot void a sale and redo it. I found a code for a $9.99 special after she entered the regular price for my haircut. She said she couldn't go back and redo the sale.

Kristin shaped my hair and I'm so glad she did. I had had a haircut at the Great Clips on Sunset Point Road just a week before and it looked like somebody had tried to cut gum out of my hair it was awful but Kristen took the time to shape it and make sure I looked decent and I have felt so good ever since. This is my new place to go I will never return to the other one. This place is nice clean got a young hip vibe and they have tons of respect for their customers. Thank you

Always a good experience and never any issues. Just use the app to help you get checked in and get you loaded properly into the waiting line as it will help you a lot in the log run. But for the price it doesn't beat a decent hair cut. I especially like a customized in my fade and they still don't mind just charging me the regular buzz 20 price. Great people all around.

Melissa needs to learn some people skills, especially with 12 year old children! My daughter was so uncomfortable that we left before her hair was even cut. Will not return!

I have super long hair, I have trimmed it three times in seven years. I can never find someone who knows what they're doing. Christine was amazing. She cut my long hair without lopping it off, she made it look so good. I definitely recommend her!!! ❤️

Very bad service. I did my check in on line and there's a blonde girl who asked me for that and I answered yes, then she ignored me and took care of another customer who signed in after me. This attitude is very disrespectful. I was finally assisted by Kaitlyn another girl who is amazing and did a great haircut. Thank you Kaitlyn.

Love this Great-Clips salon. Hairstylist at this location are awesome!! It's so nice to go to a salon month after month and finally see the same faces. That is the problem with some of these chains....especially when you find a great stylist...they are here today, gone tomorrow! They seem to get along great and you don't get "that look" when you sign in and ask for a specific stylist. Only downfall.....I wish they offered more "discount coupons" :-)

One of the worst haircut experience of my life here. Super easy cut, but I guess the stylist just couldn't get done fast enough. She ended the cut when she felt done and moved to get me out of the chair, without letting me look at the result for a moment, or the back. It went downhill from there. The my way or highway treatment. It's unfortunate, because my experiences with Great Clips were pretty good over the years, just not here I guess.

UP DATE Great Clips Northwood Plaza Hair Salon Info 2524-B N McMullen Booth Rd Clearwater, FL 33761 08/28/2023 12:15PM I have been a Great Clips customer at Northwood Plaza for 2 years and have been pleased to encounter more experienced hairdressers but I met one today who is very disrespectful. (I'm 71 years old) Here is the short story today: I asked the lady to cut off 1/4 inch of my hair. I just told her not to spray too much water on my hair. Water was already running in my back so I really wasn't happy. The lady asked if I was having a bad day it wasn't but it was after a couple of minutes. This hairdresser gave me the worst haircut today. Uneven from front and side and when I asked her to make my hair completely dry she left me there and said she would not finish this work. I waited a few minutes and found the supervisor but it was just as disrespectful as a hairdresser. None of them gave the name even after multiple requests. That's why I can't call these two by name. This attitude is very disrespectful. They said they felt threatened. (wow) So I left the salon with a bitter smile. And I called the corporate office and told them what happened today. Forgive me if I wrote something wrong, but English is not my first language.
