Chris did a great job with the style that I requested... I asked for a "butterfly cut" and she stepped up and said, "I will do it that is my favorite cut"!!! She is super personable and knows her stuff... highly recommend!

I recently visited for a haircut and had the pleasure of having Heather as my stylist. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Heather really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure to give me exactly what I was looking for. The cut is fantastic, and the overall experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed and confident. I highly recommend Heather for anyone looking for a skilled and personable stylist!

I've been going to Great Clips at 2728 W Mallard Creek Church Rd for about three years and it is worth the drive from my home in Uptown. Laney always has a welcoming smile and the most positive vibes. I am very particular how I want my hair cut, and I'm always quite pleased with the result, as is my husband. I really do recommend that you give Laney and Great Clips a try. Alejandra K

I just had arguably the worst haircut experience ever. Toni cut my hair and she did a horrible job. It was the slowest process and she was very aggressive in her cutting. She left many gaps and when she needed my head to move, she would yank my hair. It was an awful experience and while I usually have great experiences here, I will now have to go and get my hair fixed because of Toni. If I could give my experience 0 stars, I would…

I came in to get my hair washed, blow dried and have my bangs trimmed a little bit… She cut my bangs shorter than I told her to and didn’t even finish blow drying my hair and still had the audacity to charge me $50

I had a gut feeling from the moment I sat in her chair that it was going to be bad. Wish I would’ve listened to myself. Terrible hair cut, somewhat rude as well. I was respectful and just said “I think I’m done, please stop cutting”. And I still tipped more than 20%. Don’t bother going here! Now I’ll have to pay even more to get it fixed. Really disappointed as I’ve going to Great Clips for years.

I've been going to different Great Clips for over 2 years, and this is by far one of the worst ones I've ever been to. If there is an option for zero star I would given.
