Went to have my mother's hair washed. Recently had a stroke and is unable to do. I offered but she wanted a quick wash at a place that does hair. They refused service because they were understaffed. Mind you... 2 stylists, no customers... I guess some just don't want $$.

Been going here for years. Went about a week ago at 9 am… sign says open at 10 am. Came back the next day at 10:10… doors locked. My next visit… one customer in the chair… had to be almost finished judging by the cut hair on the floor. Gal says almost 40 minutes waiting time. People logged in ahead of me that used the app but not here yet. Time to find a different place to take my money.

Have been a regular here. New staff is extremely rude and insensitive. Watch out for some rude behaviour when you are taking you kids here … the lady has no courtesy to allow watching over our daughters cuts which needed fix.

Very sad experience. I asked to cut my sons hair like a foot ball player and the hairdresser literally left no hair and his head. Didn’t finish well! She even cut the starting point of hairline near the forehead. That looks awful.. we are travelling abroad and this is what we get as a smart hair cut…

The on line app would not allow me to make an appointment. I called to make an appointment and there was no answer. Called two other times later and there was no answer. Went to another location without any incident. I am probably done with doing business at the Providence Road location.

I have never had a bad experience at a salon until today. Ken cut my hair and refused to listens to how I wanted it cut. He basically started fighting with me as I sat on the chair. I have never known such poor customer service could even exist. I left as fast I could.

I went in and had the manager Melissa cut my hair she was patient and listened to what I wanted done I was very pleased with my cut . The salon was clean and the staff was professional I will be returning and recommend this location .
