The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Great Clips app is very nice and convenient. I wish it had a history of my haircuts and dates to help me plan for my next cut. I know it has new reminder feature but would like to just see history.

Used to be able to go to a great clips and get an alright haircut for cheap. Over 20 bucks for an incredibly mediocre haircut now. Employees are terrible. Someone came in and I had a minute waster from my day because they all had to turn around and gawk at food being delivered.

I used the app to check wait times and went in when there wasn't any. Got right in and got my hair cut. She did a nice job and didn't take long before I was on way. The price was good and they give veterans discount. I'll be going back.

Online checkin is great! I appreciate the notes kept in the system so my cut in Cedar Rapids, Bemidji or DeLand are perfect. I have been pleased with Great Clips stylists every time I get a haircut.

I am usually satisfied with the haircuts I get at this location. However, this last time, The stylist did not do a good job of blending my hair between the clipper cuts and the scissor cuts evenly on the back of my head. It ended up being slanted and uneven. It would have been nice for her too take her time more and look at how the hair looked before letting me leave.
