I am very sorry to be writing this review. I came in for what I thought was a simple haircut - just a trim with a few basic layers and I left with the worst haircut I’ve gotten in my life and it’s still not fixed after going back twice, once to a separate location. The layers were crooked and a chunk was taken out of the layers around my face. I came back to hoping to get them fixed and ended up with crooked layers again, only this time they ended up shorter on the side that was supposed to be fixed. I did not trust going back to this location to get it corrected so I went to the next closest location. They were very kind and helpful confirming my suspicions that the layers were definitely crooked and even giving me great suggestions on how to take care of my hair better but now even after the 3rd attempt at getting it fixed, I’m still left with layers of hair on my left side that are basically chopped off at an uneven length. My right side looks like I went through a weed whacker. I really hate to leave poor reviews and hated even more to have to be “that unsatisfied person” because the women who helped me were apologetic and kind but I’m still left with a horrible haircut and now I’m going to have to go somewhere else and pay more money to get it fixed again - probably having to go way shorter than I ever intended. Very very disappointed when all I wanted was a trim 😞

This is my favorite Great Clips location. The staff is always friendly & professional. They seem like a great team that knows how to work together effectively & efficiently. It’s always a good & welcoming environment when I go in. I wish more places could be like this one.

Did not tell people up front about cost. Did not want hair cut but she insisted. Hair stylist was very unhappy to be there. Charged me $60 to barely wash my hair,make 3 small cuts on the ends while hair was dry before washing it making my hair uneven, then French braised my hair wet. No real style. I was in there and out in less than 24 minutes and way over Charged.

My son and I came into the Colins Road location for his hair to be cut. When walking in three girls working where sitting in the salon chairs on there phones and no one even greeted us. The salon smelled of cigarette smoke. I had to ask if we could have help checking in and with our coupon. I just remember Great Clips being a lot better than this.

This has been my goto place for haircut since the price was $14.xx. Recently they keep increasing price on every visit. Now it is expensive $19+tax+tip for regular men's haircut. I'll look around again a little affordable place just for a regular clipper haircut, 10min job. Easy to make online appointments.

I had the worst experience in terms of haircut and customer service. My stylist, I think Mariah, did the worst job I have ever seen anyone do. My hair are curly and I think it's common knowledge that they should be sprayed with water before the cut. But not only she didn't do that, she chopped all my hair in a line after I mentioned I need layer. She gave me a haircut in 5 minutes and ruined them for months to come. I felt discriminated against and was not treated like "any other customers" as she promised.

Love the haircut but the prices are really getting out of control. I know costs have gone up, but with a wash, cut, blow-dry, styled + the tip, you are easily over 25-30 dollars. That's just insane to me? I am a little old school, and I can remember when the barbershop was king. Haircuts were bi-weekly and it wasn't anything like the prices I'm seeing now. Other than the price everything was fine. It's just going to keep me from going to get it cut more than monthly, or maybe even every 5-7 weeks?
