2nd time the woman that cut my hair hacked it. Cut it too short. Never going back there. I have been using this location for over a year. You find a good person and they don't stay long.

A+ haircut experience from the team. It was my first time at a Great Clips and the online check-in process was awesome! Instead of waiting in a cramped lobby like you do at other salons/barbers, it allowed me to go and grab a sandwich from Jimmie's instead (YUM!) The stylist was great and her cut was quick and efficient. Will definitely go back. Thank you!

My last cut was dreadful.Took me 3 months to get it to proper length.Stylist had been cutting my hair for years and laughed at how it looked being so short.

I told the woman I wanted a flat-top haircut. She said she could do it. When she was finished she said, “How’s that look? I know it’s not a flat-top but……..”. I will never go back there again! Very frustrating!!!!!

My son loves coming here. They let him explain what he would like and they always give him the best cut based on what he asks for. Great staff!

I went into today for a haircut. There were two stylists working and 4 to 5 customers in the shop. When I registered, another customer questioned the wait time (about 20 mins for 4 or 5 guys). I mentioned to customer sitting beside me that it would not take much time to cut our short hair. At the time one of the stylists was sweeping the floor and she mistakenly took our conversation personnel and began to rant and rave about how we are not butcher shop and haircuts take time. She then said *uck this, I don't have to take this *hit and she stormed to the back of the shop with her phone. At that time, I left the shop and will NEVER visit the location again. My daughter was a GreatClips employee for many years and I have been a customer for many years. This stylist clearly misunderstood the conversation but there no excuse for her language/behavior.

I went to this place for about 2 years. Last 3 months have gone completely downhill. They have workers who should never touch your hair. For the last month it seems like they are the only ones there. I've signed in online about 4 times in the last two months and when I open the door I just turn around and go back to my car.

I went to this salon on Saturday 6/11 for the first time. I was happy I could take take advantage of the special. Lana cut my hair & did a great job. I am always nervous about having my bangs trimmed & Lana was very vocal telling me it would be ok & she was right. The bang trim was great. She was so funny & the laughter made the visit so fun. I will definitely be back.

This cut place is good sign in online for an appointment to minimize weight after you get your haircut stop at Jimmy the beef guy for Italian beef Chicago style you won't be sorry. Jimmy sandwiches are not included in the price of a haircut but it's worth it.

I went in this location for the first time today to get my hair thinned out. I was very pleased with the entire experience. I was greeted & John checked me in right away. He thinned my hair until I was happy with the results and was pleasant to speak to. Thanks John! :)Crystal
