I needed a haircut. I went online and set it up for an hour later and was surprised by how easy and well it worked out. My stylist was great and I got exactly what I was looking for. I travel for work and places like this make my life easier! I’m not sure about all Great Clips but this one seemed to have the right people working there. I’m here three times a year and will tie this in next time.

I just wanted to say that Colleen is the best she is so courteous, personal, professional and listens to what you would like as a haircut. I can say I will always be back and Colleen is such a great stylist very knowledgeable at her trade. Great experience. Thank you Colleen.

Employee attitudes bad, haircut even worse. I carefully described that I only wanted my son's hair trimmed a little shorter following the same lines & showed pictures from my phone. She started hacking away. His beautiful hair completely ruined, ugly & uneven. No excuse.This was like asking somebody from the street to cut my kids hair. In fact the average person could do it better. Not exaggerating.

Geossa at Great Clips on Bonita Grande in Bonita Springs FL, has been my hairdresser for over 4 years. She is very professional & friendly. She really knows how to cut thick, short hair. She's the best. ❤️

I know I will not go there again. What's the point of having online appointments, if a worker can choose who will be serviced next. The salon is managed like a circus. Besides how can you get a great hair cut in five minutes! I came in for a blowout , which cost $60, no cut is included, & I was skipped over, by a rude lady name Colleen. She ignored me when I spoke to her and asked when will I be serviced. I wanted the Manager to know about this behavior, unfortunately the Manager Fawn cannot even schedule herself a time to be at work. Every time I called the salon, the stylist said she is having issues, she is either coming in 2 hours later or called off. When I finally met Fawn she was wearing smiley face pajamas and smelled like cigars smoke. She handles rude stylist behaviors as acceptable, & her solution is to come in when she is available, all though that is unpredictable. Colleen or other workers, will picked over customers who were first on the list to be taken. The workers do not care about the customers, just to give 5 min. cuts. I went to Giahannah , on the other side of Publix and the woman said they get lots of complaints from the stylist at greatclips, including, Fawn the manager. The salon is poorly managed. The worst customer service. Avoid this hair cutting salon.

My hairstylist Fawn is the best! Very warm, friendly and welcoming...and does a great job with my hair. If she can make me look good, she can make anyone look great, lol!

OMG! It cost $70 for a Shampoo, trim and a blowdry. I'm still in shock. It was $45 just for the blowdry. I'll never go there again. That's beyond ridiculous. Update: corporate responded told me to call them. I called and wasted more time basically restating what I said in this review. Only for them to tell me they will contact the owner of the store. Just put salt in the wound.
