Regularly came here, but stopped as of today. Checked in ahead of time, waited 10 minutes, and stylist skipped over me when it was my turn so I left.

I came here the other night for a super minimal and basic trim. First, I'm a black woman with waist length, natural hair- the woman working assumed I had extensions, telling me they “Aren’t allowed to handle or cut extensions” and that most certainly rubbed me the wrong way. I told her it’s my real hair. I then told her I want a minimal trim. After she already starts trimming, she tells me she’s doing a “pointed cut,” which is a technique where the stylist holds the scissors vertically creating tiny layers for what she called a “softer look” vs a more blunt look. I was not asked if I did or did not prefer a blunt trim prior to her starting to cut (I always get a blunt look). She assured me this would still do the job I requested which was to get rid of any fairy knots and split ends but would create a softer look- I had never heard of a pointed cut so I went with it. I got home and still had several fairy knots and split ends. I did some research online and the prevailing information I found said that a pointed cut is not optimal for textured/African-American hair. I also learned that that technique thins out the hair and takes weight off the hair. I did not want that at all. I went back today and had Angela (who was great), fix it for me, and she also confirmed that for textured hair a blunt trim is optimal. 1 star for the ethnic incompetence of the initial stylist. If you’re a woman of color with textured hair I would go with Angela or just go to a different location.

Worste haircut I've ever received besides the one going into basic training. Asked for a medium fade with 1.5 inches of the top and received barred lines and 4 inches off. Told her not to touch my beard and she shaved a hole in it below my sideburns. Was supposed to be cut with v shape in the back but instead it was a thick horizontal line. Dont let Marge cut your hair, she does what she wants. Had to go to another location for them to fix it for me and they knew exactly what person it was just by me walking in to get my hair fixed so I can at least go out in public.

Pamela did an absolutely fantastic job and was so friendly despite me coming in near closing. Easily one of the best Great Clips locations I've been to.

After checking this Great Clip's reviews I noticed a lot of the reviews were for Sarah/Sara and they were all good reviews. So I knew that's who I wanted to cut my hair. I came in on Saturday 10-12-24, when I got there I asked for Sarah/Sara(forgot how she spells it). Well I'm so glad I picked Sarah, She deserves all her Excellent reviews. It's hard to find a good Stylist and I'm lucky to have found her and so close to my home too. I'm sticking with Sarah as long as she is cutting hair. She's also a nice person too. I got an Excellent cut from Sarah, thank you very much Craig M.

Took my toddler here since he has stopped letting me cut his hair. I was expecting a complete disaster (from my toddler not the salon) however Pamela was amazing. She had the most calming energy and was so great. She was fantastic at telling me what to do to make it a bit easier for her to cut his hair. My son stayed put for basically the entire haircut and it was an amazing cut too. I’m so impressed. Doing a walk in with a toddler I was just expecting the bare minimum because they are hard but Pamela did so well. My husband even said the cut was better than any he gets when he goes in.

Aster is amazing. She's been cutting my hair for almost 2 years now. I only go in every few months but I've been lucky to have her every time so far. She does a wonderful job and I appreciate her being so kind and polite every time. 6 stars for service!

I have been getting my haircut by Sara at this location for over 4 years now and I refuse to go anywhere else. She does such an amazing job cutting hair and all the staff are really friendly and welcoming. I wish I could rate it 10 Stars. If you want a great haircut this is the place to go!!! 😀

This great clips location is always fantastic and has some of the best and nicest people working there. Aster is one that stands out specifically that always goes the extra mile when cutting my hair. Taking the time to double check the lengths, touch up my beard and shave around my ears. All of this extra attention and the haircut still only takes 10 or 15 minutes! Definitely recommend anyone looking for a great haircut to check out this location and Aster if she's there!

This is my favorite haircut ever. I moved to Phoenix and when I come back to visit, I make a special stop to get my haircut and beard trim here. Better than a barber and great customer service!
