Haircut wasn't satisfactory. As soon as more people showed up, my haircut lady hurried up and finished my haircut very quickly and once again, I ended up with an unsatisfactory cut. Bummer.

I went to get a haircut. However, the person that cut my hair must have been new to being a hair stylist. She did not do a good job. She cut my hair way too short on one side, but I really didn't know what to even it out. I've been around stylists my whole life, I told her, "Don't worry, it will grow back"

Checked in online and when I walked in I was asked if I checked in online and I said yes. They told me to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly.. waited about 15 20 minutes while no one had anyone in the seats. Only lady proceeds to go to the back while the other starts watching her phone. Luckily another employee walked in from outside and noticed that I wasn't being helped. The lady on her phone said she assumed I was with someone else..... while no one else was getting a haircut...

I have been getting my hair cut at Great Clips, specially with Natalie, for 12+ years. Natalie has worked a few different GC locations and I've followed her to each one, regardless of distance. She's been at this location for at least four years, probably more. As long as she's cutting hair, she'll be cutting mine. Thanks for the great service, Natalie!

Natalie Balerio has been cutting my hair for over a year. She always gives me fabulous haircuts and does exactly what I ask for! She's always been very nice and personable. Great customer service and always a pleasant experience! I would highly recommend Natalie for any of your hair needs!

Theres a new guy there working at the far back station on the right side. Lets just say he has ZERO business cutting hair. He completely messed my sons hair up. I use to take my son there alot. I will not be going back. Save your money and support a local barber shop. This place has amateurs practicing on customers.

My sister came in to get her hair cut and she felt completely uncomfortable, like she did not belong there. The woman made racist comments, and when my sister showed me her haircut it was uneven and she cut so much. We will never be back and we caution anyone who comes to this store.

Natalie is amazing. Great Clips is very lucky to have a stylist of her level, and any customer that gets a cut by her is fortunate too. Certainly one of the best cuts I’ve ever had.

Specifically went in during a "not busy" time and the lone hair cutter said he had reservations for the next 2 hours. Walk-ins not welcome.

Good price for the result. Closer to home. Usually I drive 1 hour to get a hair cut. No longer need to drive that far anymore.

I was there about half an hour before they closed and still very courteous and professional, special thanks to Pi and the guy with dred locks being funny and very cool. I think he said it was Pi's 1st day and will definitely be back!!

Linda always does a great job! I wish there was a way of doing online check in that lets you choose your stylist. Check in showed 0 waiting but there were 4 ahead of me waiting for the same stylist when I arrived.

Very impersonal as stylist was listening to music and singing. Additionally the stylist was poor dressed wearing plus a ball cap. There was no professionalism!

Wouldn’t recommend. There’s a guy there that does the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. Not only with the absurd pricing, the environment there is very icky. I would give a 0 if that was an option….

terrible haircut, the lady from Korea gave a terrible haircut, you need to pay $10 to wash your head! I will never come here again!!
