Not all my haircuts at this great clips have been this bad, but once it's cut it's gone. I hope you have better luck than I. If you've been the a great clips before, you know what to expect.

The stylist didn't listen and the cut was much shorter than I wanted. When I spoke up about it she minimized my concern. First and last time I go to this location.

I sent my wife to get her hair done at this establishment and while she was getting her hair done, I made a surprise visit to the facility to see how things were going and the look the two Caucasian ladies gave me as I came into the store was as if I was a stinking bum off the street. Their whole body language was as if they had never seen a black man person before or as if I literally had “broken wind” near them. I am leaving this very detailed review because people that work at service establishments like this should be very mindful about their body language and how they treat people when they come into your establishment to do business. I don’t like to throw the race card around much, but this was the first time in a long time that I felt like I was unwelcome because I was black and my wife is white. Despite the way I was treated I still left the 20% tip, but needless to say my wife and I will not be coming back to this establishment again.

I used to drive across town for a haircut and then I discovered Great Clips was within walking distance of my house. The first time Dee cut my hair, she did exactly what I wanted. Talking to her was like we knew each other for years. I only request Dee and if she isn’t available I go back another day.

Anytime I get a haircut it feels like a luxury. When Dee cuts my hair it is a LUXURY!! She does more than just cut my hair. She is welcoming and makes me feel like an old friend, on top of an awesome haircut.

If I could leave 0 star I would!! They can’t handle kids, they can’t cut kids that are not able to sit still. Even with my help to keep the kid still. They still did this. And they kept blaming on my kid. With this hair, they said they’re done but when I raised my concern they didn’t suggest to correct it but rather kept blaming my kid! If you offer kid haircut then you should be able to cut kids that can’t sit still. Otherwise I would produce the same result and I am not specialist which is why I am bringing the kid here. When I say the way they cut I would do the same at home, they replied then you should 😅 The kids are not same and some kids have adhd hence can’t sit still and feel ticklish. If you are incompetent with kids with this condition, just say that you can’t or ask for help. Store manager and stylist both like to blame people. Because when I said “you didn’t even offer to correct “ she said I would but you kept yelling. Forgive me, if I feel strongly about “specialist” blaming my kid and that I should do it myself. Instead of offering me correction, she would rather get into fight saying I am the store manager. Well good for you, do better!

**Five stars!** Dee is fantastic! She took my son's haircut vision from a picture and made it even better, leaving him absolutely thrilled. We've been going to her for years for the whole family's haircuts, and we're always so happy with her expertise and friendly service.

Great shop. Ask for Donna! I got what may be the best haircut in my long life. Donna is FAST and delivers a professional haircut and follow-up on how to wear the new cut, including how to use a curling iron to get a great finish.

If I could, I’d like to paint a picture. Imagine you were able to go to a place where you knew the people there, and it was always comfortable. You come in, sit down, warm welcome, short, but pleasant conversation, and you just so happen to be getting your hair cut. Cut, effortlessly clean, always consistent. That’s how it feels every other week forever! Congratulations on a job well done!!! And thank you!

I will never go back to this Great clips. Before posting this review I actually called the store to talk to the lady who cut my 2-year-old and five year olds hair hoping to just resolve it. The lady that cut his hair proceeded to tell me that she would not refund me for my two year olds hair because she felt she did a good job and because she felt she did a good job she refuse to refund me. It looks nothing like I had explained to her how I wanted done it was so bad that when my husband called I even said to him on the phone with her right there that I did not like how short it was I wish I wouldn't have but then I let her cut my five year olds hair because I thought maybe she'll do a better job if I show her the specific picture of how I want it done instead of telling her showed her a picture and she didn't do anything like what the picture shows on my 5 year old. I called this morning to talk to her about it and she said that if I didn't have all my children with me that I was paying attention to I may have understood what she was saying when she was cutting my 2-year-olds hair. Point is just DON'T GO HERE😭

Whoever did my boyfriend’s hair MESSED it up. Yall SOOO lucky I wasn’t there cause I would’ve CUSSED OUT whoever did his hair like that. Yall lucky my best friend was in town and was able to FIX the MESS YALL CREATED on my boyfriend’s hair. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE AND MESS UP YOUR HAIR. They don’t even deserve a star. ZERO STARS.

Actually got a good haircut, quick and looks good Update: next time I came in not good hair cut uneven fade rushed with no one in there . Sad won't be coming back all bad. Looks like I tried to cut my own hair.

Cut my sons hair did a phenomenal job in and out 15 mins and got me in as a walk up super fast. I have my own personal barber , but if i didn't i would be coming here as well. Give them a shot!

Yeah, this place isn't good. It's the definition of hit or miss. You either get a really good haircut by someone who knows what they're doing, or you're like me and let the blonde woman do it and have her completely massacre your hair. I went in last night for a small trim and she is completely obtuse to how she thinks hair should look. I'm a regular here and this was my last straw. My haircut every time I come in is "2 on the sides and back, and a trim off the top". How do you mess that up? There are people who work here who are really good at what they do, but the woman who did my hair isn't one of them. So, yeah. I'm never coming back. I don't know how you can have both great stylists and yet such awful ones.
