Got a hair cut at store 0489 today. Stylist asked me what my Xmas plans were. I told her going on a vacation to the beach. She said what a privilege!! I was shocked but let it roll. I asked if she had every traveled to the beach and she again said that's a privilege. Some people can afford life like grocery's. I have worked very hard for what I have. I was born to a very poor family. But i went to school and worked while in school to get my nursing degree to be able to do the things I do. Nothing has been given to me. I wake up every morning and go to work. How dare a stylist at Great clips shame someone that works for what I have. For Pete sakes I'm getting a 23 dollar hair cut by far am I privileged. Never Judge some one you don't know their life. Have been going here forever. Won't be back.

Linda is amazing...being from the bay area and L A , I have had some great hair stylist, but LINDA IS TRULY AMAZING.

I've had mixed results in the past, but a very kind young woman from Capetown did my cut today with beautiful results - I wish I could remember her name! She was patient and listened carefully to my requests. Thank you!

I got a bad cut😠 avoid this location I tried to give this place a chance but I was let down Just wanted my side and back cut She cut the front and now it's all messed up go across the street to the other salon and spend $35 for a good cut

Go here if you want the worst hair cut ever , they do not know how to blend , fade , line up , pretty much a kindergarten could do better and that’s 20 years running they been messing people hair up how are they still open , use to be a noodles and company and chipotle in the same parking lot that’s how long they been messing with peoples hair

I went to get a mullet today. Had a dude with purple hair as my stylist. I showed him the references of what I wanted, he acknowledged it and started it. It was going fine till he started shaving near the back. I asked what he was doing he responded with "I'm just going for it". And besides messing up what I clearly told him I wanted, the lines were jagged, he left me patchy in the back and with long hairs where they shouldn't be. Don't go there. The stylists minus Linda all suck. They've messed up me and my families hair for a while.

My regular stylist has retired so I had someone else cut it. Bad experiences. Charles cut it (if you can call it that) and he must have not cleaned his tools because my scalp was irritated for 5 days after. He has cut my hair before and was very arrogant and had the nerve to tell me he is the stylist he will cut it the way he wants. I had to tell him I am the customer, he will cut it how I want it. I had to get another cut sooner than normal. Went this past weekend 8/11, to get a haircut. I told the woman how I wanted it cut, scissor cut on top because I like a short, she said I will you a six on you. I should have just jumped out of the chair and ran. Then she checked me out and had no clue how the register worked. She didn’t get a tip because she didn’t know how to do it on the register. Long story short - stay away from this place.

Their online hours are out of date. Got here only to find a locked door with different hours than what's on the great clips website. Apparently they actually close at 5.

Went for a haircut this afternoon, I checked in, i didn't had to wait which it was a plus for me 👍 From the start I get asked what I want to get done, I was thinking a long bob and curtain bangs, and told her not to short. The stylist began telling me, "well do you want a bob or not, because what you're asking it's not it. Like i tell everyone who comes here, you should bring a picture or something to reference from" I just though to myself well " I'm sorry for not having the correct terminology, you're the expert right! And yes maybe I should of brought a picture, but to be so rude and talk to you that way 🤷🏻‍♀️ She proceeded to the bangs, never did she asked what length, how full. NOTHING! She just proceed to cutting them... Of course so short and just like she had told me before, "is that too short?, well that's where they'll start 🙄 and you should of brought a picture to see what you wanted" At this point I was just done and let her finish and for me to leave. I did tip her but not coming to get my hair cut with her again and of course i did not get the haircut I wanted whatsoever!

Possibly the worst experience at a Great Clips yet! The stylist got into an argument with a coworker, was on hold on her personal phone while cutting hair, so unprofessional, that can be handled while off the clock! Finally the hair cut was sloppy, I didn't bother to have her fix it I was too uncomfortable and wanted to get the hell out of there!

Tried calling three or four times never got an answer from the store I was just calling to see what the wait time was I drove by saw that no one was in there it was about 4:30 in the afternoon the staff here is just too lazy to answer the phone I would not trust them with your hair

Went here this morning and the ladies were so nice and patient, helped keep my son entertained while they finish my hair because his was done first. So understanding of my needs and kept my little one calm. I will definitely be coming back.

I have been going here for years and the staff is always friendly and courteous. I've rarely had to wait for long and the results are always on point.*** 7/5/21 The reduced hours are not convenient and they create longer wait times during open hours.***3/10/24 no wait at noon. Staff still friendly and did a good job.

I recently visited Great Clips for a haircut and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I've had. I showed the stylist a specific style I wanted, but she completely ruined it. Not only did she fail to deliver the requested cut, but she also displayed unprofessional behavior. To add to the frustration, the stylist asked for a tip, despite the poor service received. When I politely declined, she proceeded to make inappropriate comments about my nationality, which was completely uncalled for and unacceptable. Overall, I left Great Clips feeling extremely dissatisfied with both the haircut and the level of professionalism displayed by the stylist. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a quality haircut and respectful service.

Great clips isn't the best hair salon but it isn't the worst. If your looking for good workers to cut your hair I 100% recommend the manager she is very chill and kind and is good at cutting hair (by experience) just I advise you get an appointment already ready online so you won't have to wait. But otherwise come here to get a quick haircut!

I got my haircut by Linda today and I have to say this is the BEST haircut I have ever gotten. She totally understood my hair and even gave me helpful products to use and also showed me the tool I needed to gain the beach wave look with this new cut. I love my hair. Thank you so much Linda. I also forgot the product I purchased and Linda called me to let me know. She is just great. Everyone at this salon was so friendly. It's was fast and easy. I highly recommend this great clips.

Please don’t go here, I went in for face framing and long layers and asked her to not touch the length and left with something barely at my shoulders. I went home and straight up sobbed. My hair takes forever to grow and this severely damaged my confidence.

The place is clean, I normally get on the waitlist before I go so I don’t have long to wait. They are very nice. I have never had anyone rude some are more chatty than others. I just get a basic cut so I have never had any issues.
